  1. Yup, that is the case. It seems like Brandon likes working with foils for SA. Amaram also mirrored Dalinars arc in OB really well, I suspect we will see more mirror arcs as time goes on. Its a really exciting way to tell a story.
  2. @Rhapsody Heh, I’m happy you enjoyed our Shakesperian shenanigans (or hoidits shenanigans, with me having to kind of cooy what he did, since Shakespeare isn’t normally within my skillset either).
  3. I maketh thou a scared promise Not to let out the cry ”Havoc” and let put the toast of war in the toaster As long as thou put my oryginal folio back behindeth the tree
  4. Thy dastardly crook, stealing my beloveth and very oryginal folio. You got an upvote too, you sly... grapevine?
  5. How dith thy get thou hands on that? I hideth it well. Behindeth a tree.
  6. I agree with all of your statements in this post. I made my own partially as a joke, and partially to show that I think the hatred for him is a little extreme (no, I don’t like Moash, in case someone is wondering). I dont think he is as detestible as most people say he is. That he made the calls he made are understandable. Storms, Kaladin kinda betrayed him, in a way.
  7. @hoiditthroughthegrapevine Yeah, thats the one. I dont remember name-changing him to Gimmel though...
  8. Moash is a wonderful person, who hates injustice and grandma-murdering, and racism, and bullying, and slavery, and poverty. He isnt afraid to work for a living, and will freely offer himself up for the hardest of jobs. He has a great work ethic and is a skilled fighter. He stands up for the weak, punishes the unjust, helps his friends, and is a great guy to have a beer with. Whats not to love?
  9. Gotcha. There will be guests, there will be roastin, and all will be by me. Can you explain the Shakespeare part btw. We have to write everything with his flowery language? Why arth thou stealing thy boots, you dastardly crook? That kind of stuff? Haha! Well done! I wrote a 90-page Shakesperian poem about Gemmels opinion on hot dogs...
  10. I’ll write your guest roast if you write mine :-D
  11. Amaram. So he could get an arc that works better.
  12. Yeah, a lot of people had various problems with OB, and a lot of those problems are related to Shallan. Personally, I didnt really feel that her arc was complete, and that she got a bit too much page-time. I dont have problems with her and Adolin though. Dalinars arc gets really awesome as well. One of the best things Brandon has ever done.
  13. I want Amaram to come back, but not die again. Poor guy needs a break. Now, I might kill Jasnah, or at least nerf her in some way. The fact that she seems to be the solution to every problem is annoying. I would be able to live with Lopen dead as well. He gets on my nerves at times.
  14. Dustbringers, Skybreakers and Stonewards. I suspect I might be a Bondsmith personally though.
  15. You are in for a lot of good stuff... enjoy the ride, and watch out as this forum is filled to the brim with spoilers. Also, Pattern is a he :-)
  16. I suspected someone would show up and prove me wrong, so thanks for proving me right in that regard :-)
  17. Eh. Brandon can just have Vivenna and Vasher blame the Nightwatcher for their peculiar abilities, and for Nightblood for that matter. Or we get a fun exposition scene where Kaladin gets to learn about Nalthis.
  18. Its not hard to drive Jasnah to murder. Just take her for a walk at night in Kharbranth.
  19. I think Dawnshards is one of the most popular ideas regarding what is hidden in Aimia. You make a compelling case, and the idea that a Dawnshard destroyed Aimia might not have been raised before. So, yeah, maybe. I think the only things that could be hidden in Aimia are Dawnshards, a cremton of Deadblades or a locked-up Unmade. Possibly the Sibling, but I doubt that, a lot. Out of those alternatives, Dawnshards are the likliest.
  20. It was great. Not my favorite movie this year, but defenitely solid. I liked Peter Parker a lot, as well as Gwen Stacy and Nicholas Cage. Funnily enough, while I liked him, Miles was one of the characters I found the least interesting.
  21. Anything but this.
  22. With the reservation that I am bad at this stuff: Star Wars Lets do some ASoIaF as well:
  23. Not really a cast but... Straff means punishment in swedish, so he probably likes puns... you know punishment...
