  1. I was being dumb here, sorry. Inquisitors do not have iron spikes, as iron steals human strength.
  2. In our universe, we have two quantities: matter and energy. Cosmere has three: matter, energy and Investiture. So I think that Investing things is not actually changing their physical properties.
  3. Poor Ruin. Somebody goes insane and everyone starts suspecting Hemalurgy. The guy gets so much bad rep.
  4. @Argent IIRC you told about four people who asked you about that?
  5. No. Gerontarch is a leader of Sela Tales, while Most Ancient is the king of Babatharnam.
  6. It's from October 2015. The actual thing is here: This is from February 2015.
  7. And what is wrong with worldbuilding?
  8. Also, Vasher made the priest's daughter do something to herself and Vivenna noticed that her Breath diminished. This points to me in favor of Breath being splittable.
  9. Yeah, I know. But so far it's only a speculation that she and the Warbreaker nurse are one and the same. I personally think, given that information: that the Warbreaker nurse is someone who we have yet to meet. It could be Aslydin but it's far from confirmed. We jump at conclusions too often. For all I know it could be Wax's grandma.
  10. So she basically showed up nowhere aside from her original world.
  11. Yeah, we have known that WoB for a while. I come bearing some more WoBs: Also, there is another WoB about Taldain Investiture: The lichen on the sand uses Invesiture in it's lifecycle - when it gets water it releases it and reproduces. So I doubt there's much keying in to the lichen, the restriction - if there is any - is on being able to form a temporary Connection with the lichen. Sand Masters can do that to feed the lichen water from their bodies and when it releases Investiture, they can use it to manipulate the sand.
  12. The part of the stolen Spiritweb is tied to the spike - if you remove the spike, you lose that ability granted by the spike. So no, you can't spike what's in another spike. Just like you can't rip off the arm that I got transplanted by trying to rip off my leg.
  13. *Soulstamps the thread* I don't know what you're talking about.
  14. I should probably update that list. Anyone wants to help?
  15. I have some stuff here Which are...?
  16. I have actually found three WoBs: More than I remembered, huh.
  17. 1) It's not mine 2) It's not a proposition. It's currently the best name we have and a lot of people got used to it.
  18. I think there actually are several worldhopping kandra apart from WalDo, I'm almost sure.
  19. The magic of Aethers is already canon, there is a WoB about it out there. I'll go check. I say you can read White Sand since it is currently getting published as graphic novel... but Aether of Night could be someday rewritten and it will be a different book. So this is sort of thing like reading Way of Kings Prime... except there is no current, canon version of it. I personally intend to stay away from Aether.
  20. My point exactly.
  21. Read them before the games though. While the games stand on their own, they make references to the events of the books. The games happen after the books.
  22. The name that's currently going strong and most of the people in the know agree on is It's not final yet but I think that's the name we're gonna end up with.
  23. Which reminds me I should finally finish Witcher (I'm like halfway through) and get the Shadow Warrior (I got it for free) installed
  24. I've proposed that Leras and Ati chose to create their own planet so that they could pick a focus they want: I believe it's just natural manifestation: So I don't think there's much to this phenomenom of Feruchemy as being of two Shards. Surgebinding is of both Honor and Cultivation and they're not necessarily compatible or anything.
  25. Really? I must have missed that. Who was that and in which book?
