If something is partially in darkness, it gets harder to teleport. Things in direct light are theoretically possible, but would knock him out. With weather, he can make and control very large storms, but the smallest is about the size of a city. Lightning from the sky is a possibility, but very inaccurate. He has fairly good wind control to allow for flight, and can shoot lightning from his hands (his preferred mode of attack). Making weather not normal for the climate or time of year is harder than normal weather, but still possible. He can't create hurricanes or tsunamis. Lightning storms are easiest, even in places where lightning storms are very unusual. Also, I have thought of two more Epics. One called Neutrality has the Epic ability of being immune to Epic powers. Using Stormgate as an example, if Stormgate shot Neutrality with lightning, he wouldn't be affected. If Stormgate made it rain, he wouldn't get wet.
With precog Epics, they aren't able to sense him. If Fortuity were to try to shoot him, it would miss. If the guy with the bottomless magazine (shoots bullets forever) were to shoot him, it generally would go right through him, unless he was shot with a bullet that had been put in the old fashioned way. I'm contemplating whether or not Epic invincibility affects him. He has about a 2-inch radius of his Epic-cancelling power, so Epic powers don't affect his clothes. Also, Epic powers means Epics, gifted vanillas, and Epic tech are useless on him. He is an Epic assassin.
The second Epic is much less powerful. His name is Mugshot. His power is to shoot mugs from his hands at variable speeds. Any mug. "Worlds Best (insert whatever here)" mugs. Plastic mugs, thermos mugs, any mug. He can shoot them at high speeds, but the faster it is, the more it drains him. He could make a mug the size of a house, but that would be very difficult to pull off, and he would not be able to make mugs for days.
