  1. With a fez!
  2. Wouldn't it be more "Biochromy"?
  3. Oh, there you are, Perry.
  4. Please don't double post. My favorite part is when Amaram got his comeuppance. Sadeas getting his was secondary, since Amaram was much worse, in terms of actual actions. I can't wait for Kaladin's confrontation with his local highlord. He will probably be under attack by Voidbringers, Kaladin will come in, Syl blazing, and Mr. I-can't-remember-his-name-but-he's-more-petty-than-evil will basically go "Oh... Storms. I'm so dead" and then Kaladin will just walk away, or something.
  5. Life before death. He hasn't died. Strength before weakness. Debatable Journey before destination. How does he travel the globe? Really, if we're going on Surgebinding, Santa is closer to an Elsecaller. Transportation (obvious) and Transformation (to make presents). There is the issue of flight, but maybe he has an Honorblade.
  6. Oh. My brother has been allergic to corn for years, and he recently completed a treatment called Oral Immuno-Therapy (OIT) for corn, after two other rounds for egg and peanut. He is now able to eat donuts, most cookies, frosting, sprinkles, and more. It's surprising how much corn is in stuff. But we don't have to deal with that anymore!
  7. Is something burning?
  8. You get steel hair. Inserts coppermind
  9. If anyone notices any similarities between the individuals in their lives (parents, bosses, friends, etc.) and that song, (appearance aside) get out of the situation ASAP, or do everything you can to change it if that is not an option. Tell someone about it, at the absolute minimum.
  10. But... Where in the Cosmere are they developed enough for instant noodles?
  11. I think putting them in a position where their powers are useless, waiting for them to realize that fact, and just waiting until they don't use their powers long enough to let their personalities manifest, then interrogate them. It might be difficult to do this, especially since Epic powers seem to cause a sort of 'itch' in the Epic, which facing their fears negates. I think that it should be noted that not all Epics were murderers like Newton, or criminals, like Steelheart. Some, like Regalia or Prof, were normal people. Killing them willy nilly, especially given an alternative, would be a bad idea. There is also the possibility of getting a High Epic that is truly bad, having them face their fears, then having no weakness. Basically, you get an Epic that you can only kill via old age.
  12. Wait, Hoid likes Ramen?
  13. Wayne vs Ham. How long can either of them talk before the other gets thoroughly annoyed? In that regard, Wax is not unlike his ancestor, Breeze.
  14. Step one: acquire time machine.
  15. Yeah... Only to be attempted by the worst members of the Dark Alley.
  16. Maybe you can turn it into a dagger (assuming living spren) and just stick it in your mouth.
  17. I'm sniping the Alley's attempts. No, I don't want a spike until you figure out how to get uranium to hold a charge.
  18. Are Higgs Bosons part of a person's Physical-realm state, or Spiritual?
  19. Cookies are Hemalurgic spikes. Just a warning.
  20. Note: you might want to avoid Morzathoth's cookie, it's actually a Hemalurgic spike.
  21. You feel strongly about this. I feel sorry for you. Strong feelings come from often painful backgrounds. Especially those feelings. Not to say I don't agree, I do. But still...
  22. Actually, the metalminds piercing his flesh apparently were spikes.
  23. I consider Investiture, Identity, Energy, Memories, maybe Warmth, Connection, and Fortune to be depletable attributes. I see no reason for Identity to not be depletable. Very minor WoR spoilers
  24. But how would you do this in the first place? Get a Nicrosil Ferring and an Aluminum Ferring together, I suppose. Then get approximately sixteen Twinborn with F-nicrosil, and... Do something about the Ferrings. Give them blank Nicrosil metalminds with Nicrosil and Aluminum Feruchemy?
  25. I think I have figured out why memories extracted from copperminds degrade so quickly. When you store a memory, you are basically storing your ability to access it and cause it to degrade. So, you store its ability to degrade. When you tap it, you tap its ability to degrade.
