  1. I concur. In the Stormlight 3 Kaladin reading
  2. Here's the actual quote (and a better link--it's better to link the actual interview page, not a search result as the latter can change) (source)
  3. They've not been written (so far as we know--though there really isn't anything that indicates otherwise).
  4. The broadsheet has a single episode, we are not given an exact episode number but presumably it is 27. The MAG supplement has a set of three episodes, 28-30, and the excerpt on Brandon's site is from the first of those (but is incomplete).
  5. First of, the skin color of the Terris people is never described, and they're not that distinctive from the skaa and Nobles. (Case in point, Rashek). That said, it's safe to say this is a definitive no. Khriss is from Taldain, not Scadrial.
  6. According to Peter, Mraize is from Thaylenah.
  7. Just an FYI but I just added that interview to the database, so here is a more direct link.
  8. Looks like details will be released in December.
  9. Umm... I don't remember any information about Regalia in Mitosis? Oh wait.. I think Peter said the Epic files were included in the hardcover of Mistosis, was it just like a page of information with a drawing of Regalia? (you can sort of see it here) (and were there two other ones? - I'd /really/ like to see them if they're there) 'cause those weren't included in the US ebook. If anyone is interested the information from the Regalia epic file is on the wiki (and has been for a while, I happened to buy the BAM edition when the book came out).
  10. Actually the swooshes are /not/ part of the actual character, they are just an artifact of it being handwritten. Also the double hashed symbols are medium, not large. The Coppermind does have an article on this (though it's a WIP), based on Harakeke's work. (They are the one who originally cracked the code--they also uploaded the key on the site you link, however here is a more recent key)
  11. Wit/Hoid was at the Shattering, so he's definitely old enough. We don't, however, know the exact means of his long life.
  12. Both this and the stick shirt were designed by Ben. (BTW did anyone else look at the image on the /back/ of the Stick shirt?) (source)
  13. It looks like the release date for the Audible version (which is free) is the 24th! Other formats should be available then too.
  14. Actually what we know indicates that is not the case. Supposedly it is supposed to feature a misting SWAT team and a Mistborn serial killer and that the main character is a nicrosil misting (although that is probably all subject to change). We know that mistings are exceedingly rare in the South, and Mistborn unheard of. I also want to say that Brandon has said the North and South "together" in the modern trilogy, though I'm not 100% about that. I know he's been asked whether there will be a Southern Continent series, and I believe he said he might do one but it wouldn't be part of the main sequence.
  15. Hopefully you haven't ordered that yet, 'cause they're back in stock today (for cheaper!).
  16. He's talking about the main Mistborn sequence, the trilogy of trilogies, Alloy is not a part of that.
  17. Yeah the chronology thing is mentioned here: The confusing thing is that Brandon has said that Alloy and WoK are roughly contemporaneous (Alloy taking place slightly after WoK). I believe he has also said the time skip between the front and back halves of Stormlight is supposed be like 10 years. Alloy is roughly 1910's tech, the modern trilogy is supposed to be at 1980's. Scadrial is not going to develop that fast in the 10 year gap between Stormlights. @Robot Aztec - Alloy is not the modern trilogy, it's a side story.
  18. I would say that it is useless because she can't burn it. Whether or not she can Push or Pull on it is irrelevant because as you say she has no iron or steel. In fact it is implied that silver can be Pushed and Pulled, it is explained in the first book that instead of wearing metal jewelry Nobles wear painted wood. If silver was immune then they would be making jewelry out of it and not wood.
  19. I must admit, I'm a little confused by your last post. It is not implied that silver cannot be burned, it is outright stated in the quote you provided. Did you perhaps mean to say it was implied it could not be Pushed or Pulled? If so I would disagree.
  20. That doesn't say it can't be Pushed or Pulled though, just that it can't be burned.
  21. Where does it say that silver cannot be Pushed or Pulled?
  22. It's mentioned here. And this citation did get added to the Vasher page yesterday, thank you for posting on the talk page.
  23. At this point in time? I do not believe so. But if you can wait Brandon's store says they'll be reordering more.
