  1. @Calderis to be honest I think the Blackenend wounds happens with Nightblood unclipped but still mostly in his coverage (like Vasher uses it most of the time).
  2. I remained vague because we don't know how far in the past WS goes...it's before Elantris but we don't know how much
  3. A stormlightless Shardbearer is an easy prey of an allomancer. First of all he can't relly on the Plate so it's simple a Shardblade aganist a Mistborn. At this point you are fighting with a close range weapon aganist someone who could both overcome you in close and in far combact...this while keeping the distances. Rememeber also that in a brawl, a man in Shardplate (in function) and someone burning pewter are quite pair, do you really want to fight someone like that without physical enhancements ?
  4. As Extesian pointed Hoid is not a time travel, at least not in the traditional sense. Maybe he uses the same method most of the worldhoppers use to stay around for so long, probably skipping whole timeframe of time. For sure he could do that now using Allomancy and a bunch of Cadmius
  5. You are a bit too optimistic. What prevents Ruin from simply smash them all, as he seems more free to act in the CR than he is in the PR ? Notice how the wise worldhoppers tried to flee from Ruin's reach (outside Scadrial and surrounds) because the CR is not safe. Lastly the CR isn't really hospitable except with a great deal of efforts and resources to import... It's not truly a solution, without consider Ruin could simply make his pawns to transition into the CR and repeats the whole situation
  6. TLR knew about the Cosmere a bit but he was mostly not interested in it. He also knew of the mercantile system some people in the Venture house setted. But as far as we could tell. This doesn't bother him. He already had a ultimate bunker, how one in the CR would be better? He can't check that with the same efficiency.
  7. If you think about it's not too different from making a Splinter of yourself and placing it in a way you know it will mess with other Shards' reigns. This scenario is fictional, every possible reference to Endowment and her Returned + Nightblood into the hotspot Roshar is... Is purely causal
  8. Yeah but I doubt it would mantain the former structure. Probably it is dismantled into the basic components. I think, the Breath he feeds and the Divine Breath of Shashara aren't in a too different states into Nightblood. By the way, there is a lot of talking of Nightblood be used to kill Shashara, but we don't know if Nightblood was unleashed during the murder
  9. Trell was the name of a Taldain dude a centuries before Mistborn era1... But we don't know how much before/after the actual trelligism. That dude and his name was deliberated enough to have them trasposed into the GN without change...
  10. I still believe the Atium or a new form of the Ruin's godmetal will return to Scadrial from the residue of Ettmetal explosions. Anyway, returning to the OP, the idea of Trell as an hidden/secret part of Ruin who reached self awareness is ... Unlikely. Assuming Sazed wasn't lying he had no idea of what the Trellium is and if it's indeed a piece of himself... He can't ignore that. Then there is also the visual effect of Trell Influence, the red mist. Probably the image was raw but still rappresents an external assoult. Lastly if Trell was only ruin...there would not be red investiture at all, as everything will work under the usual Scadrial's investiture dynamics.
  11. First of all Jasnah isn't a scientist but an historian. Then sadly she can't use her elsecalling abilities to go into other planets...as Ivory is binded to Roshar and he can't leave the system. Sure she could workshop like every other Worldhopper... But at this point this is true for everyone. Much more in a planet with a so rich CR's societies. For the Rosharan magic nature... It would be really hard to see one Roshan magic user in another story
  12. Nin didn't force any Skybreaker to follow him and his position toward the Singers. Simply Nin decided that FOR HIM, the Singers are the legittime rulers of the lands and and many Skybreaker's 3rd Oath sweared to follow him and his judgement. Therefore his decision extends to them too. I assume Nale would explain to every new Skybreaker this option now and some of them would probably decide to not follow him. Szeth is just the first Skybreaker to swear the third Oath from Nale's decision to side with Singers
  13. I was too fast in my statement, I found this. So something of her will be in the future Selish books
  14. Preservation can't took control of spiked beings for a simple matter of iNTENT. The whole problem that stops him from injecting thoughts into people (widening their cracks in the soul) stop him from doing a much greater pressure to control them. Every Shard could control someone spiked enough and any mortal with a compatible way to push himself into someonelse inner self (as showed with Emotional Allomancy)
  15. I don't think the Breath would be unreachable regardless of it becoming part of the metal. The reason for feruchemical charge to become unreachable if you alloy it is into the bind between the kind of feruchemical charge and the metal in which it could be stored/tapped. Breath are not restricted to the structure of the material it hosts them. So I think the Breath would be recoverable without issue if alloyed or mixed with other stuffs
  16. Skaze are pieces of Dominion's power who reached self awareness yes, but they are also all together a tiny fraction of Dominion's power...I will be truly surprised if the whole Skaze comunity on Sel is enough to reach the 1% of Dominion's Investiture. Again I will invite you to consider as they actually are.... the Vessel and the Shard as different entities. Skai the former Vessel of Dominion died, killed by Odium and reached the Beyond. The Shard he held was instead Splintered but as the power can't be destroyed but only spread. Regardless if you manage or not too rebuild Dominion, putting together all the pieces that compose at the moment the Skaze and the Dor.... Skai would remain dead. @Tglassy there is a great difference here. Ruin and Preservation also if without a Vessel were whole Shards two cohesive wells of powers. The Dor is instead a mix of two Splintered Shards... So a lot more like billions of mini wells of powers.
  17. The Atium happened only for a precise will of a Shard (not even Ruin), I doubt the Lerasium worked in the same way as Preservation had no reason to put in place a mechanism to spread Lerasium over time. Honestly I think Preservation or one of the previous Heroes simply condensed some power to craft it for a future use. At this point everything is a speculation
  18. Indeed Cultivation is the antithesis of nature. It's the willing change, the plan to improve... Nobody ever realized but the farmer is the man who goes against the nature, deciding what grown and what can't, forcing the timing for his own profits and ECC... Returning to the "reforger Skai" with tons of caveats I could see it as possible. But that would not chance anything... You pseudo resurrected something that seems the former Vessel of Dominion. Truly an amazing feat... But the Shard is not the Vessel. This truly incredible work can't affect the Shard itself. Much more as you are creating a new soul for Skai's corpse... This new fake soul will not even inherit the Connections Skai had with... Everything (as it was a Shard invested in Sel)
  19. As far as we know the Perpendicularity's source doesn't affect in any way the transition. Of course we don't have any truly pov from someone during the transition. But the perpendicularity itself just bends the Realms and allows someone to slip between them... It's not the perpendicularity itself to move people around
  20. Shai is around at Cosmere-wide level. But I am not too hopefully to see others from the TES's cast... Most of them are quite old in the book. By the way, as far as we know Elantris 2-3 could happen before TES... Indeed is actually likely. But we could hear about the Emperor himself. After all, also if Sel Empires try to ignore each others... An emperor's actions have wide ramifications
  21. Guides/advisors/counselors are the people with the knowledge or field expertise and they illustrate the options avaliable. The leaders are the one who (hopefully) using the advisors' expertise decide how to solve that problem... The route to take from the options proposed or if the options are acceptables. Sometimes the two figures could mix for certain fields... For example, Gavilar was both a leader and a warfare expert so he himself had the expertise in that field without an advisor....but still someone else to confront is truly a blessing for planning. Regardless he need advisors for every field he isn't an expert into
  22. No she didn't. The False Desolation happened quite close to the Recreance and indeed probably the capture of BAM (and the conseguent Spiritual genocide of the Singer race) was the last drop to push the Radiant to broke their Oaths
  23. Depends by your definition of "relatively shortly". There were 2000 years between the two
  24. Well there are some Kandra around and they are Hemalurgists. We have also a wob about someone going around in the Cosmere using Hemalurgy to gather powers... The fandom started to call him Hemahoid (or Hema-hoid) but at the moment I can't find the WoB. Edit: found the WoB.
  25. It's possible the Rosharspren is actually the Nightwatcher or there isn't one at all. In-world people believe in a "Rosharspren" but they believe it to be Cultivation. Some believe the Moonspren is the Sibling, I think you may find the theory somewhere on the forum. I have no idea about the hypotetical timespren but it's an intricate concept, I am not too sure about being present as spren directly, there are some spren related to time but not an actual timespren
