  1. If the silver was "allomanticaly inert" it will worth a fortune. Not being simple "useless". The silver is just a metal that can't be burned (like the Platinum, for example).
  2. Some speculate that the Shades are aganist the Entropy, and anyone who accelerate it
  3. I have a question a bit strange (for a theory of mine): Is "Galladon" Galladon's real name ?
  4. Maybe be bond to a Dead Shardblade is enough to feel the nausea now that the Thrill (and Odium's Influence) left the Human. After all also if the Spren is "death", everyone with a Shardblade is bond to Honor's power.
  5. Exactly also because the Hemalurgy is the result of Ruin's Investiture+ Scadrial Focus (metals). Without this combination, we don't obtain Hemalurgy but some other Magic System.
  6. You may be a soldier for your whole life. But if you had always an outsider Assassin force (The Thrill) that push you. When you fight with clear mind, you may find nauseated by thing, you never notice while you were pushed by the thrill
  7. But Preservation can't "talk" to you, He may just listen your thought. Harmony itself can't talk to anybody without using Ruin's power.
  8. Threnody's Silver is the only "oddly Silver" as far as I know. And about it, someone thinks that Threnody is quite near to Scadrial and the "Silver" is an help from Harmony aganist the Shade (if you want to read the theory, Link)
  9. Any Shard "invented" any Magic System. They arise alone through the interaction of Shard's Investiture and Shardworld where the Shard Invested itself
  10. To me this theory as too much "exceptions" to the Realmatic to be likely. For example we don't know if any of the actual Magic System was there before the D&D's Shattering. The AonDor itself may be (and to me it is) a "New magic System". It was simply artificial boosted building Elantris (and the Elantrian began to born). Anyway there are some problems, if D&D was so bond together to be "as easy as splinter a single Shard" they would have some kind of Harmony's Power-level .... Odium would never win aganist them.
  11. When Rand goes to seal the Dark One. Inside the cave (where after he prison of the Dark One will be remake) He see the corpse of Shaidar Haran open and void in the inside. Moridin said that Haran was just a womb to the Dark One in this world and now that "He gave birth" to the Dark One's darkness was useless.
  12. With Reverse Compounding on this forum, we talk about a presumed Hack to Allomancy and Feruchemy (like the regolar Compounding) to use Feruchemical Powers to boost Allomantic Powers. EDIT: Moogle was faster than me, and more detailed
  13. But this theory if it is true (but I don't think), this don't give more chance to see a "Vin Reborn" in the future books than before. This Theory works through the idea that a Cognitive Shadow may "imprint" itself on a living people. But Vin didn't left any Cognitive Shadow (Kelsier did it), She is with Elend in the far far place beyond the three realms (Sazed himself stated the Vin&Elend's status).
  14. Well, I was wrong after all :S
  15. In my own opinion, the wind spren didn't make things stick, is just superstition. Or the conclusion of someone who watch a mindless Honorspren (like happen to Kal with Syl).
  16. Good job Skaa, it's nice to know that on Sel there are "many" manifestions of Investiture.
  17. To me it is possible at least in theory. We know that a Cognitive Shadow may pick a Shard (and a Cognitive Shadow is afterall a "spren of a deadman"). Therefore at least, someone in the Cognitive Realm can pick up a Shard (we saw this in Mistborn). Of course there is a "compatibility" problem, we know that pick up a Shard isn't an automatic task and there is thing that turn it in a easyer or harder work. A spren would probably have no problem to pick his "main shard" but I don't know other Shard with weird Intent (to him).
  18. I don't think. If he had some serious deficit, I don't think that Roshone may send him to war. And Amaram itself wouldn't take him (remember that Amaram tried hard to build an "honorable face" on Roshar).
  19. You want to say that Renarin is special within the Truthwatcher's Order and an ordinary Truthwatcher can't see the future ?
  20. Your theory is very nice, but as far as we know a cognitive shadow can't interact very much with the "living" (and download your entire experience in another Human is a pretty strong interaction). A Cognitive Shadow is quite an "HumanSpren"
  21. I have misread the WoB... My Bad
  22. If I don't remember wrong, recently someone asked about "the element" and BS replied that it's something about Yolen, not the Lerasium bead. He is something about unpublished work, therefore:
  23. He didn't any reason to do something like that. The Lerasium was safe here, and He may have need of it in the Future.... (To boost his Allomancy or to boost the Allomancy's power in the Nobles)
  24. Well it's quite unknown to us all
  25. Well actually on Sel there is a single magic system, a "Programmable Investiture" (that manifest itself differently in every region/country) fueled by the Dor. Therefore with D&D's Investiture merged in the Dor. Every Selish Magic User is fueled by both of them, also a Splinter of Devotion that try to actualize it's Aon (without talking about the "Missing line" in their Aon, strange things will happen if they try to use it).
