It's a story that was supposed to come out with the Mistborn RPG board a few years ago. However, progress seems to have stalled.

Well if they are in chronological order so far, which brandon said, than that means that FE- Warbreaker have to be inside the 10 year gap of Elantris and Elantris 2. Since he wrote WoK earlier than he planned, that could be anytime.

Maybe it's just the cognitive 'mold' of the shard left. You know how Ati's mind was changed over time because he held Ruin? Maybe that mold is what Raoden hears. Hmm. You know what? It seems like there's something else going on, some other connection. Looking at Raoden's near-death in the pool, there's Raoden, there's the Pool, and there's.... something else. I don't know if it is a shard, or even just Raoden's unconcious mind, but something stubborn points out the Aon Rao in the city Elantris to Raoden.

So Brandon said that so far all of the books have been written in order cronologically. He also says that since he's writing the Stormlight Archies, that isn't going to be true, that some books he publishes will be out of order. Now, let's establish the timeline of Hoid's travels- Elantris-3 months (Hrathen's letter) Final Empire- 1 year (1 year break, mistborn time) Well of Ascension-1 year 1 year break, mistbron time Hero of Ages- 1 yearish, though I actually think less this time. Warbreaker- 3 monthsish (mysterious 5 year break) Elantris 2- (from reports that it will be 10 years after Elantris 1) WoK

Many times, Brandon has mentioned a choice that Kaladin has made that is the biggest difference between Way of Kings Prime and Way of Kings. He tweeted this week that it was something he took that he didn't originally. It was also said that in the first book, Kaladin made the right choice, and in this one he took the wrong one. What do you guys think the choice was? Was it deciding to go into Amaram's army? Was it accepting the poison leaves that Syl gave? Was it taking the old man's sword? Was it not taking the Shardplate? What do you guys think?

Lerasium is only found near the Well of Ascention. Oh! and Aons work best next to the Pool. I wonder. Is Elantris the center point of Aonic power? Or is it the pool? They are close enough that it may not matter, but if the pool was the center it would make the tears of Edgli more likely. But then again, Allomancy seems to be no stronger at the Well than far away. Ooh! Or maybe Seons are made at the Pool. That would probably make the most sense.

One thing is that the shard is splintered? shattered?, and now no one can take up the mantle of Aona, like Sazed did. This may change the aspect of the pool so it does reflect more toward the shard.

Quite frankly, it seems like Cultivation should be the Almighty. It does fit much better with Vorin than any other guesses. After all, isn't current Vorin all about "cultivating" your talents and becoming better at what your good at? *Sigh* If only it were true. Unfortunately, the only reason we know of Cultivation's name is because the Almighty used it in third person. Why must solid fact come in the way of wild speculation?

You know, my old theory (back when HoA was released) could be true. Aons could be from Aona (free energy) Dahkor monks could be from Skaze (energy from others) And then Clayshan- it could be a combo. (energy from self) Allomancy is from Leras (free energy) Hemalurgy is from Ati (energy from others) Feruchemy is from neither (energy from self) CORRELATION! Although, indeed, it may be an illusory correlation. Oh. And what do you guys think as Sacrifice for Skaze's shard? It seems to work well with the Doctrine of Jaddeth, and seems to be a large motivator for Hrathen (in sacrifice of self) and the Dahokor gradget (in sacrifice of others).

Maybe the Splinter is what allows them to be alive. EDIT- And I think what Endowment does is sort of like what Vin did with Elend. Endowment speaks to the recently deceased (as the Voice) and asks if they want to Return. If they accept, then Endowment gives them some of his power to give them an uber-breath that makes them Returned. This is a Splinter. Or quite possibly a splinter. Wait- I'm wrong. Brandon says in that same Q&A that a Splinter is someone that once held the power of a Shard. No-wait-that was a sliver. Sigh. I need review my terminology.

I just realized that Brandon Sanderson fans have 2 wikis. There's the one here at 17th shard, and there's the one at Stormblessed.com Do we want two, or is there some possible way to combine them while they are still young to avoid redundancy? Is this a possibility, or am I spewing nonsense?

1. The '40 day' season is the Weeping which is kind of the sign of a passing from one year to another. Now maybe in a Dalinar uber-flashback the seasons were longer, but the 40 day one still happens.

You know, I think at one point, Vin was supposed to see it... (From the Alternate Ending in WoA) "Lord Ruler!" Elend whispered, stepping up onto the small plateau. Vin joined him, looking down at the valley they had left a day before. She turned to the right, looking past Elend at. . . .a lake. It was formed in a basin just to the east of the valley wall. With a coinpush, Vin might have been able to leap from the ledge on her peak down to the lake's shore. "That's not water," Elend said slowly. Vin nodded. The lake rippled slowly in the wind, though at these temperatures, water would have been frozen. It was also the wrong color: a deep, ashen black that reflected the light of a sinking sun. "It's metal," she whispered. Elend frowned. "Liquid metal?" Vin nodded. "I can see it, with iron. Blue lines, streaking out to it. And. . .I can hear it." Thump. Thump. Thump. "Hear it?" Elend asked, frowning. Vin shook her head, turning away, toward the cavern. There was another, smaller pulse coming from inside of it. "Come on," she said, stepping toward the icy hole. Then Later when she's looking at the Well of Ascension Vin and Elend stepped into the room. Elend gasped quietly beside her, but Vin wasn't paying attention to him. She was staring at the pool. It was like the lake outside. Far smaller, of course

So Almighty says "Odium has killed me. I am sorry." But! When Kaladin is riding the storm (648 I think), the voice tells him the Oathpact is broken, and that Odium is coming. The voice ends saying "Odium Reigns" Wait- I found the answer to my question-sort of. After the voice says the Oathpact is broken and Odium is coming, Kaladin asks why must men fight. The voice then softly answers "Odium Reigns". So the voice is saying that Odium likes people to fight battles for him, much like Hoid says in the epigraphs. Anyways. My other question I was going to ask- If Odium is on his way to Roshar, then how was the Almighty killed? Or is he not dead yet? And who is this voice? He talks about how the Oathpact was "shattered" and "broken". What is this?

I think the fact that he is there is significant. He seems to know things that other people only guess at. I bet he will help lead Talenal to wherever he needs to go, then subtly disappear.

You guys remember has Ruin was weakened because of the atium that was taken away? I wonder what would've happened if all of his power was put into atium and then was destroyed. Maybe that's what happened to Aona. Speaking of her (i'd like to think one of them is a girl, plus the name seems feminineish), what is her shard's name? I assume that her shadow is what's at the Pool, but what does that represent? Relief? Surrender? Serenity? Caring?

For the chapter summaries, do we also want to include the herald pictures since there seems to be some correlation between the header pictures and who's in the chapter (i.e. masked man in Hoid chapters)? Or is that too unsure and obscure for what we're doing?

One interesting thing... The masked person? The one associated with Wit/Hoid? It is in the Adolin chapter before the chasmfiend fight (as they're traveling there and they all of the sudden find it snuck up on them) It's chapter... 12. Why would that be? Hoid might be in the background in Elohkar's camp, but besides that, what else could it be? Maybe Hoid led the ... Oh wait. I'm wrong. Severely so. Wit is indeed in the chapter. He makes fun of Adolin and Renarin. Sigh. Proves me right for posting before getting my details right.

Sazed does mention new metals, but that's because he restored the metals that Atium displaced.
