Then Elkanah lied about being a Drunk and Danosaur covered up his lie. Meta, if you turn out to not be a GA too, I hope you know I'm sorry; I still am slightly suspicious of you, but knowing this now I'm considerably less so. I apologize for not realizing this sooner as it may have meant the difference between you being alive and dead. Sart is very likely going to die of inactivity soon, just as PK has. As will Shallan and maybe Kipper. Danosaur is still active enough to put in orders so I think he should be the one we lynch tomorrow. However we should also begin seriously discussing the last of the unconfirmed members left. If a few of them get scanned than it'll only make our job easier.

Okay, so, I'm going to take the risk and believe what Alvron said is true for now, though I would like it if I heard the rule from Mailliw himself. Until then, however, I will assume Danosaur is the last GA, as there's just no other way (aside from Alvron lying) that what happened could have happened. Therefore this is how things look right now. Is Sart Neighborhood Watch or Blood Tyrant? If he's Neighborhood Watch than the only GAs left would be Blood Tyrants. Otherwise there would be one left in either faction, so anyone who is not an Evanescent would be a good choice.

@Elby. it's impossible for a Drunk player to learn the identity of any player in their faction, according to Alvron. Therefore Elkanah lied to Mark about how he knew they were on the same team. The only other way he could have known he was an Evanescent and that Mark was one too was if Danosaur (Mark's Captain) told him. Danosaur is also the only player who could lie about Elkanah not being his subordinate at first and vouch for him sobering up. Knowing this now, Meta was most likely not a GA because I'm pretty sure they would have split themselves up more instead of bunching a couple of them together, especially with one already dead and another inactive.

Alright so, on the 2nd cycle I declared in thread that I was the Commander of the Evanescents and that I knew the identity of the snitch (at the time I had already PM'd one of my Captains, Danosaur, and asked him who his subordinates were. They were Mark and Kynedath. I also asked him to use his PM on PK to ask him who his subordinates were. They were Silverblade and Arraenae). I asked the Snitch to send me a PM, and a couple hours later Mark eventually did. Now, that same cycle he told me that Elkanah PM'd him, claiming that he was drunk but stole points from the Evanescent bank to spend on finding a member of his team. Now, it could have entirely been a bluff. But the fact that he ended up being an Evanescent makes me highly doubt that. A cycle later Danosaur claimed to me in PM that Elkanah had sobered up and was now his subordinate. That means that the two had to be in communication in order to pull off a lie like that. Though I'm not entirely sure what the intent of the deception was (most likely to gather information), there is no other possible solution for this situation to have worked out. Only a Captain and a Regular in cahoots with one another could lie about being a drunk (or a Commander, which is impossible since I'm Elkanah's Commander).

Pretty sure they all have. The drunks were Paranoid King, Kipper, "Elkanah" and Alvron. Besides Kipper, all three have claimed to sober up. So, if what Alvron says is true, Danosaur must be the last GA among the Evanescents.

Did anyone receive a Snitch Note last turn, by the way? EDIT: Nevermind, Snitch just pointed out Alv's post last turn. @Mailliw: If a Drunk "Evanescent" GA spends points 5 points to get the name of a random person in their gang, would it give them the name of a GA or an Evanescent?

Oh whoops, I misread your first comment. I thought you said Meta PM'd her. This is what happens when I try to SE at work. Forget that potential lead then. Well, considering I asked Mailliw if I could type out my role word for word from the PM and he ruled no, and that Dano sent that and it was never addressed in our PM, I had thought that maybe he modified it to remove the Government Agent part out. But if yours is the same as Dano's and not mine, that appears to be accurate for Captains at least, and unless you happen to be evil too than I'm pretty sure Dano is innocent. Which means either Mark or Kynedath are the last remaining GA in the Evanescents.

That's interesting. So, Danosaur is one of my Captains. I PM'd him on cycle two and asked him to PM PK to find out who all our subordinates were. On the same cycle he told me that Meta PM'd him, saying that he is a Blood Tyrant and assumed Dano was as well, since they had both gone to the City Hall. So let's look at the possibilities of Meta both being able to PM Dano and Elby in the same cycle: Meta is a Sneaky Messenger. This means he would have been able to send a PM every cycle. Considering that PK was one, I do not think this is the case. However did anyone else receive PMs from him on uneven numbered cycles? Meta spent 5 points to create an extra, one-cycle long PM. Based on the calculations I made this is impossible. Meta is an Epic with the ability to create multiple PMs. I don't believe this, let alone that he is an Epic at all. It is an extremely useful bluff either as a villager or eliminator, and in my opinion any claim of it shouldn't be taken seriously. So I'm leaning on either Elby lying (which I don't understand why she would because the Bankers are supposed to be guaranteed loyal - @Mailliw, that is how it works, correct? There can't be an evil Banker?) or Dano was. I should also note something I didn't realize until I looked back at my PMs with Dano. When I asked him what his role was, he sent me, in quotations, basically the content of his GM PM. However the format of it does not match the one Mailliw sent me. I'll use a fictional example to illustrate what I got from Mailliw and what Dano sent me, and will ask anyone who reads this to confirm whether theirs was in the first format or the second. One: You are a Ghostblood Stoneward. Your rank is Commander, your captains are: little wilson and Gamma Fiend. Two: You are a Ghostblood Stoneward in the position of Captain. Your subordinates are: little wilson and Gamma Fiend.

Dano has a limited number of extra lives and apparently can make a single kill. I have asked him to use it on Sart to prove his claim / innocence.

Well I really jumped the gun there, lol. My ability is Induced Radioactivity, not Reactive like I said. It's a manual trigger and supercedes any kill on me. I am immune to the explosion myself. My plan was to lynch all the GA then blow up every epic but me and win for the Evanescents... oh well.

Confirmed eliminator who is too inactive to do any harm to us < Unconfirmed player that has a 33.33% chance of being evil (and if proven good) ups the other two suspects to 50-50. No, and I cannot even fathom how you can be wary of me at this point. How many other people deduced and took part in killing an Agent already? EDIT: My logic in a nutshell. Total of four currently known Government Agents: Wonko Elkanah Sart Meta OR Dano OR Elodin That leaves two left. We could kill an inactive, already confirmed GA. Or we could actually obtain some useful information a cycle earlier than we would otherwise.

This is how I think things might have gone (or at least what would have been the intent if Meta's plan was followed through): All faction members choose their headquarters as their first location. GAs are distributed evenly and can attack any player they desire. GAs attack an Evanescent, making that faction the lowest numbered and therefore the best to pursue in search of culprit. Neighborhood Watch and Blood Tyrants urge Evanescents to reveal themselves so they can discuss which is the culprit. Lynches from that point on are focused on that single faction, likely resulting with with the death of several innocents before the GA are found. I recall him bringing it up multiple times. Well, since time is running short and it doesn't seem Meta will get on in time to defend himself, do you want to share what he told you with the rest of us? It may convince me to switch my vote over to Sart.

I have Linguistic Analysis and have determined that this is a lie. On a serious note. Given that there is an evil Watchful Tail, volunteering cannot be taken at face value. However since Meta was the first of the four suspects to ask to be scanned I suspect that's because he is a GA and had planned from the get go to obscure his alighnment. I would really appreciate it if people vote (in general, but I would prefer for him).

Unfortunately Sart only posted three times (of which contained little content) and I can't recall anyone commenting about him so there isn't really much to learn from this reveal. Considering he's inactive I personally think we should leave him be for now and kill either Meta, Elodin or Danosaur (and y'all already know which one I'm for killing) even though I suspect Danosaur is also an Agent. Does anyone know what faction Sart belongs to? I'm pretty confident Elkanah is an Evanescent (he started as a Drunk but according to Danosaur sobered up last cycle).

So, I guess the GAs decided to attack SD because he was getting scanned. I can understand them not wanting to have a confirmed good player running around, but its only served to narrow down Arraenae's killer. Additionally, I am more certain of Meta's guilt now more than ever. I do not think he is worth being scanned again. The GAs having a Watchful Tail in my opinion balances out them having a high visibility player like him on their team. My reasons exactly for voting for him: -Proposed a plan that would have divided players between three zones, providing the GAs with an ideal opportunity to kill anybody they wanted and would have likely resulted in all players tunneling on a single faction. -(In my opinion) has been going overboard about focusing on killing the GAs and seems to keep trying to find reasons for why he's still alive. Not a single person has questioned him for not being killed yet, which gives me the impression that he is paranoid about being found out (whenever I'm an eliminator, one of my biggest concerns is people finding the fact I haven't been attacked yet as suspicious, so I always have to find a way to counter act that. A recent example of this is MR11 where I hid instead of make the first eliminator kill so I could be soft confirmed and left alone / gain enough trust to direct the thread in my favor). I am convinced he is attempting something similar, or at least trying to delay his inevitable death. -The fact that he admitted to using an action (after I analyzed his point count) but had not shared it, and Mailliw has confirmed that the GA kill provides a half point like any other ability. Unless he is willing to admit his role and can prove it, I am convinced that this is the only explanation.

I just want to comment on the fact that time is more complex than a straight line when you consider multiple worlds and intergalactic travel. I would not rule something out based on the fact that 4500 Rosharan Years does not equal to 1000 Nalthis Years. Time is relative and, presuming that traversing the Cognitive Realm is similar to flying a spaceship, people would age slower in transit than the residents of the two worlds (see time dilation) At this point in time it is impossible for us to predict exactly how much time would pass in the Physical Realm during Vasher's journey across the Cognitive, but I think it's entirely possible and should not be ruled out until proven otherwise. Err... when did Kalak and Szeth ever meet? And since when is Jezrien Kalak's lord?
