  1. I actually liked that movie a lot, couldn't stop laughing at the end (but that's only because I recognize the fact that it's fiction. If this happened in real life I'd be angry). My reaction wasn't as crazy as it was to the ending of the Mist, however (if you've seen the movie you'll know what I'm referring too). My one qualm with the movie was the Marine, his haircut and sleeves were atrocious.
  2. Ah, fair enough. Too bad we couldn't take advantage of it as much as I would have liked (how dare you trust the GA over me, Mark ). And I still can't believe the Elkanah-Mark-Dano situation. I find it ironic that the most logical reason I had for lynching someone turned out to be the one that was wrong. Oh well, good game everyone! I enjoyed not dying early as a villager and actually being able to help for once.
  3. Man, sorry Dano. If not for Elkanah just happening to guess his faction I wouldn't have helped lynch you after Meta was revealed evil. Goes to show that coincidences really do happen. Kyn would have been my next choice though, on the fact that he was barely participating in the game but putting in location orders every time. That being said, Stink AND Lopen were both hit men? I knew Stink was a kill role but him too? Gosh, what was the Evanescent advantage supposed to be?
  4. I lied to keep the GAs off my back and the village from lynching me since apparently even after I helped kill Wonko I was suspicious. There was never a time I was focused on a faction win; if there was why would I have bothered killing Wonko, Meta and now Shallan? I would have not been focusing on GAs in other factions if all I cared about was a pointless win.
  5. Based on her reaction to my fake plan of betrayal, I highly doubt Elby would pull something like that. Besides, she said it perfectly. There's no reason not to pursue a group win. Why not minimise the losses? Seems pointless, especially when it really isn't that hard to achieve the alternative
  6. How is being silent smart? In my opinion it's just being selfish . But that's likely because it's impossible for my faction to win without the cooperation of the others, which I think is only fair since I helped figure out a GA in the Blood Tyrants and two in the Neighborhood Watch. So if you would be so kind to give up your Epics for the group win, it'd be greatly appreciated :].
  7. Thought so. Good, good. We should not need any more scans, as if it turns out I was right about Dano than that would mean Shallan is the last GA. As for the group win we might be able to achieve it tomorrow. I am a Gambler, Mark a Snitch and Kynedath a Tough Guy. As soon as Shallan dies the Neighborhood Watch would achieve all their conditions. However if we have the bankers kill the epics simultaneous with the lynch then we should all win on N6. So are the Epics willing to claim?Edit: Oh, and I have 10 points currently. Will use them to protect myself, so if there is a Guard or the previous Angry Guard planned on defending me, don't bother. Shallan can only attack the players in the streets, so really only Stink and Draigar are in danger. However if the Angry Guard defends the right one, Shallan will die and the Neighborhood Watch will win, so Strawman... please refrain for the sake of the masses.
  8. Okay, so. Here we go. Paranoid King's last post was on N2; to be precise, 15 March 2016 - 11:44 PM. This is also the first time he was out on the streets. He died of inactivity N4. This means he failed to put his order in three nights in a row. Kipper's last post was on Night 3 (17 March 2016 - 10:58 PM). By that point he had already been on the streets for two nights, and yet he didn't die on the third night but the fifth day, so that means inactivity is not defined by not choosing a location, but by not participating in the game at all, whether that mean PMs or actions. Shallan's last post was at 07:27 PM on the 17th of March. By all means she should have died too since she has been on the streets since N2 as well. What that means is, despite not putting in location orders and not posting, she used an action or participated in a PM at some point between D4 and now. Shallan, care to share what that is? Or do we need to lynch you to find out? Danosaur, on March 16th at 10:54 PM, you PM'd me saying that Elkanah has sobered up and is your regular. This information supported a story Mark IV gave me on March 14th at 07:07 PM when Elkanah PM'd him claiming that he was a drunk but spent five points to discover a member of his own faction. As of last turn we now know that is impossible. So care to explain? There's no way Elkanah could have been Drunk and known Mark was on his faction unless he took a wild guess (which I deem unlikely as he had a 33.33% of getting it wrong and coincidences like that rarely happen + why would a Drunk lie about something like that) OR you two were both GAs and decided to use you being his Captain to your advantage and gather information. Can you come up with some alternative explanation to this? Because I cannot find one myself. Basically Danosaur claimed to me in PM that as an Epic he had multiple lives and a single kill action (sorry Alvron but he didn't tell me how many exactly, though he did admit there was a limited number). I asked him to prove it by attacking Sart, since he was a confirmed GA, that way I could believe him. Now the confusing thing is that the write up says Sart was attacked by multiple people, so it may be that he was honest about the kill action. However I want to confirm one thing first; Mailliw, if a player dies of inactivity and by the Government Agents in the same turn, would it take the same thing (as in: "Sart was ganged up on by many. He is dead!")? Or only if two different people actively attacked him (I.E. Kill Role and Government Agent). If the latter is the case then I don't understand why a Government Agent were to attack one of their own. So then where did their kill go? I suspect it was the former and, with Danosaur being the only active GA at the time (Sart was too inactive, hence his death, and Shallan had yet to show up that turn) he decided to prove his kill action to me with hopes of getting soft confirmed. (1) Kynedath: Strawman (3) Danosaur: Mark, Alvron, Aman (1) Shallan: Elodin Elby, I think you should scan Shallan to confirm if my suspicions are true, or if not her, one of the Bankers needs to get to the same location as Spaghetti and scan her while the other one scans Elodin. Those are the only three players that can possibly be the remaining GA after Dano.
  9. I actually enjoyed mathing quite a bit in this game. Because of it I am soon going to start working on a Long Game where there are bunch of strictly defines ways for players to earn experience to level up in different skill trees. I also plan to work on a Chronicle of the Unhewn Throne as soon as I finish the Last Mortal Bond, and maybe a Powder Mage game too after the Autumn Republic.
  10. Oh, right. I don't think there is. When I noticed the jump in points in my PM I asked Mailliw about it. He told me there was a miscalculation and fixed it. Also, I already told Stink this in our PM. I'm not actually an Epic. It was a bluff to keep people out of my zone because frankly I hate being killed early when I'm a villager, and it feels like it's been so long since I've had the opportunity to be one that I felt I needed to re-sharpen my deductive skills. I've also told my Evanescents that due to the numbers it's very unlikely we will be able to win anyway, so I want to ask for a favor. Elbereth, can you use your points to attack Kynedath? He is a Tough Guy, so if you kill him he will go into Limbo for a turn than be revived as either someone in the Neighborhood Watch or the Blood Tyrants. That way when we finish off the last GAs there's a chance he might still end up on the winning team.
  11. GM DISCLAIMER: None of the following red text is meant to be a vote. The Evanescents: Amanuensis Danosaur Paranoid King Mark IV Kynedath Elkanah Arraenae Silverblade Pearl District Neighborhood Watch: Strawman Wonko Clanky Kipper Elodin Shallan SilverDragon Burnt Spaghetti Blood Tyrants: phattemer Elbereth STINK Alvron Lopen Draigar Meta Sart Fine, I figured it out on my own, SD. The last living GAs are Dano and Shallan. I am 100% certain of the first and 75% certain of the second. EDIT: Realized I forgot Burnt Spaghetti. She is likely in the NW, and also unconfirmed. Still pretty certain it's Shallan, though. But at this point I think Burnt has a better chance at being the last undetermined GA than Elodin. My main reason I suspect Shallan is her choice in a starting location and the fact that she has been less active than other players who have died but is still alive unlike them. Oh, and the fact that she suddenly appeared when two of her teammates died. I always find late game shifts in a player's activity incredibly suspicious.
  12. Presumably for the same reason PK didn't go to limbo. They died because of inactivity (or in Sart's case, maybe because of a double tap, since it says he was attacked by many). However I think that means we should know their roles and alignments as well. I'm guessing Mailliw will fill us in on them when he has more time. That's correct. I'm still convinced of Dano's guilt based on the revelation Alvron provided last cycle. What? Why? You're lucky you're cleared now or else I would question this a lot more Welcome back Shallan He was a Tail as in a Watchful Tail, and the one responsible for hiding his own alignment. With him dead every scan from the Bankers should now be reliable. Ninja'd by the man himself. Blood Tyrants are now cleared. You should all declare yourselves so we can focus on the Neighborhood for this next lynch.
