  1. Exactly. Ya'll should be looking at the last remaining players who didn't start off with a Shard. For your convenience I'll make you a list. cloudjumper (super suspicious for defending me on D1) Mailliw (what role is he anyway?) Burnt Spaghetti (is she Odium's Champion? Autonomy's Agent? A 17th Sharder? Guess you'll never know until you lynch her). phattemer (wait, he's still alive? Why hasn't he been posting?) Conquestor (the Awakener, right? He MUST be good then)
  2. Glad to see my posts aren't the only one's getting messed up. But anyway, I just feel like that's odd. Why would a T3 choose Araris to redirect? I guess it could be a Traitor T3 Woodcrafter who figured that Araris would use a protective ability and therefore manipulated it to Burnt because she's also a Traitor. In that case they would have no idea about his Metal abilities. I guess that's a bit more likely than Burnt lying about Redirecting actions from Seonid to herself, but seems plausible. Regardless this solidifies her shadiness in my mind. Burnt, anything to say? Personally I bet there's at least one T3 Earthcrafter on the Traitor team, otherwise I think that win con would be unfair. Is it you, and is that why people are trying to protect you?
  3. But he targeted you, not Seonid. So how would that transfer to her without Tier 3 Wood getting involved? Also there's no proof that she did use that ability on Seonid, unless someone else used an action on him that also redirected to her, just like there's no proof that you used T1 Wood unless someone used an ability on you that didn't follow through. Ah right, I'm an idiot. Forgot Elodin was the one lynched. Speaking of confirming though, would you be cool with doing what I asked earlier and be the target of an attack in order to prove you do have T1 Wood? That seems like a convenient claim to me as if you don't want people to kill you, but even if it's true that doesn't exonerate you from being evil either.
  4. You protected her twice? As in you have T3 Metal as well as T2 Earth? Nevermind, T3 Metal protects two people, right. Huh. So, that explains a lot. But that's really weird that someone with T3 Wood would redirect your actions to Burnt. Only thing that makes sense to me is that HS and Burnt are on a team together and she actually redirected actions from HS to her because he has a role worth protecting, but that would also mean she had a way to guarantee protection on herself in case HS / her was attacked.
  5. I brought you up in a PM after I posted that and was told that you're infamous for being unreadable and that you usually generate suspicion regardless of what side you are on, so I'm willing to go along with that for being the reason why I don't get a good vibe from you so... Gamma. Ugh. I want to wait for Araris to return because if he's who attacked Strawman I could see him being innocent. I don't really have any reason to pressure Cloudjumper because his activity level seems pretty consistent. I suppose I could vote for phatt as well, but I don't feel very strongly about it. At first I thought he was just happy about saving Burnt but he has since said that wasn't him. Personally Lopen, Elodin and HS seem the most suspicious to me, but I doubt anyone would get behind a Lopen lynch and I feel like Elodin and HS get unlucky early way too often. Harumph.
  6. Starting Shards: Joe (Preservation), Hael (Auotonomy), Araris (Dominion), Nyali (Cultivation), PK (Ruin), Mark IV (Survival), leift (Endowment), Quiver (Honor), Alvron (Odium), Bard (Devotion). I had asked Rae to scan Alv first but she decided to chose you instead. Don't think she ever said why in the doc so honestly she's going to have to answer that one herself.
  7. Exactly my point. If my team's going to lose I'd rather it not be because Hael tricked ya'll into thinking he was harmless. I promise you that he was the first Shard we scanned and that the subsequent result was Autonomy. Besides, aren't people still being converted? Why would a villager with that Shard not be using their only ability.
  8. Well as we can see in the write-up if someone is successfully protected by Earth2/Metal3 then it will appear. Hiding via Wood1 is like the Explorer role in MR10 so it should not appear, therefore that might explain the attack on you not being announced. However there's also a chance that the eliminators just failed to make a kill and this is HS' trying to cover his tracks (I did the exact same thing in MR11 and it worked out to my advantage). So to confirm that HS did indeed receive a message about being protected due to being hidden by Wood1 I ask that someone with T2 Metal or Fire attack me this cycle or the next. Admittedly, Gamma, I am a tad suspicious of you. I want to say it's because you don't seem to be acting right, but I'm also not familiar enough with you as a player to accurately judge that. Does anyone else think Gamma is being unlike himself? I just get the impression that he's skating by. Seems to me like he's not putting much effort into his posts (apart from the RP, the RP is great), just kind of joining the crowd's accusations of Joe and then targeting a player who just happened to stand out at the time. Maybe I'm crazy, but it really doesn't feel right to me.
  9. Well that's a blatant lie, given Rae scanned you N1 and got that you were a Shard from Taldain. Unless you were made their agent and then the shard was passed to you, in which case you still would have the necessary win con. Who was the original holder than, and why did they purposely give up on winning?
  10. Does the Hoid Epilogue take place after the events of Elantris? Because it's completely possible that the Reod had caused the Perpendicularity to become too violent for him to travel. Probably worth asking. My knee jerk thought was that the reason he stuck around for so long (if that is indeed what happened) is because he believed he needed to become thoroughly ingrained in the culture in order to become an Elantrian.
  11. May I ask why you chose Seonid specifically? Ahh, hmm, I just realized something about Earth. If you use E2 to protect another player then E1 them too to take all actions they receive then wouldn't that effectively protect you at the cost of two actions? Tangent aside, I'm was honestly a bit suspicious of you last cycle, but now I'm not entirely sure what to think. Phatt didn't protect you and I don't think Araris did or else Hellscythe's A3-buddy would have probably mentioned that too. HS can you confirm that Araris didn't use any other actions? If it wasn't any of you three that means someone with Earth as a secondary would have, which is interesting, and personally I don't see why a villager would come to the conclusion to protect you from the get go. I'll try to look at this objectively. The only reason I could see a Traitor Metalcrafter attacking Seonid (if he's loyal) is because of his ability to create PMs, which given him being busy with the LG I don't see why they'd consider him much of a threat. I can see no reason why a Loyal Metalcrafter would go for him, so if he was the original intended target I would reason it was most definitely a Traitor who did it. The only reason I could see a Traitor Metalcrafter attacking you (if you're loyal) is because they don't want to risk a player that could have the ability to scout surviving until the 8th cycle. I feel like if either of you are evil it could have been an attempt at a WGG. However a WGG doesn't real make sense for Seonid, given his aforementioned priorities. You however I can see since you're being more involved in this game than usual, so harvesting some trust early on wouldn't be a bad idea. Thing is that's also a reason why a Loyal Metalcrafter might attack you. I suppose that they may have chosen either of you as targets because of the unlikelihood of ya'll being protected, but I don't know. This train of thought seemed like a good idea at first but now I feel like I'm even more clueless than I was before. Anyway, I will very likely end up voting for Araris, but I would like to hear a response from him first. If he was the one who killed Strawman I'd be okay with him staying around I guess, since I believe that person is definitely Loyal. If he attacked anyone else though I suspect he is indeed evil.
  12. Lopen, I'm assuming that you self-protected too, yeah? Did the GMs send you a message that said something like "All abilities used against you failed" (I changed the second and third word just in case they might frown on me quoting it). I ask because I want to know if they always are going to tell us that when we use our ability or only if an action is actually used, as that may be an indicator to what happened with the Traitor kill. Don't think that's why. It's probably because you were roleblocked by T2 Wood or because your target was protected by T1 Wood.
