  1. Drat. Meant to add something about that, hold on...
  2. Congrats Voidus!
  3. Okay, kind of an embarrassing question, but what does WHOOC stand for? I can't find a definition anywhere on the interwebs. Edit: Added a noun to go with the adjective. Now that is embarrassing.
  4. So, perhaps a bit lower on the scale of bad days, but my school got evacuated for the third time this year. Fourth if you include lockdowns. And what's worst is that the sub I had when we were evacuated wouldn't let me take my flute with me. So, guess I don't get to practice today.
  5. I really love these. After being introduced to it, I caught up with the 1000+ comics in a week or two.
  6. The AG sounds fun! I would be up for either the new one or the old one. This is an idea I've been tossing around in my head. I'm not exactly sure how GM'ing goes, but I would be fine if someone else GMed it. QF or MR: The Shades of Threnody Based in Threnody, from Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell. The basic story is that the players, a band of thieves, have taken shelter in an abandoned safehouse. Their leader lies dead outside, murdered, attracting quite a few shades. (I'm not very good at this preliminary story stuff...) Gameplay: There are two groups; the Loyal Crewmembers, and the Mutineers. The win conditions are pretty basic, the Mutineers are trying to outnumber the Crewmembers, and the Crewmembers are trying to kill the Mutineers. The game consists of combined day/night cycles. The twist for this game is the role of deceased players. When killed, a player becomes a shade. Each cycle, they can collectively inspect a single player. If the player uses a kill action, eliminator or not, the player is killed by the shade. The victim of the kill action is still dead. Sorry. Every player starts out with a limited number of items. As an action each cycle, a player can either use an item or give it to another living player. All items can only be used once. Items carried by dead players are distributed randomly. What items the deceased had will not be made public. Knife: Used to kill a player once. Silver Powder: If carried, player is immune to shade kills. Only consumed if the player is inspected during a kill. Intoxicant: Used to change a player's vote. Order of Deaths: Eliminator -> Lynch -> Knife -> Shade So... Any suggestions? Edits shown in italics.
  7. So, would Lightwood gather the plants herself, or would she have some vanilla workers to do it for her?
  8. So, due to not having BBC America, I'm finally getting to watch the first half of Season 9, and so far, I've seen the first four episodes. My thoughts:
  9. I have never played any of those games myself, but I think it is more like Final Fantasy. It is a very generic turn-based combat system, but unless I add some sort of special ability, there isn't really any true strategy to it. I do have a town already set up where the main character starts out. The entire town is a fortress, barring anyone from going in or out. The game will probably start with the main character escaping this town to actually see the world. Don't have a whole ton of good ideas as far as antagonists go.
  10. Unfortunately, I'm on the exact opposite side of the state. Sounds fun, though.
  11. A couple lines which I assume are an inside joke, and a banner for the Diaemus project. 8/10
  12. My current sig is a couple lines from Abigail's Song from the Christmas Carol Doctor Who episode. I just really like the song.
  13. You get mistletoe! It's probably infested with nargles... *inserts radish*
  14. Only if someone is ready to start. I know I'm not, but I checked out Season 4 to study this week, so hopefully I won't completely suck at being Donna.
  15. Well, aside from the whole art blood sacrifice thing, I think it's really cute.
  16. But you could be fire...
  17. Yer a wizard, Harry.
  18. Sounds good. Thank you.
