    Even if the pizza women decide the act is murder Im sure the Rebel Faction, known as The Eaters would still do it. Of course everyone else would still be too weirded out to do anything. Oh right, I think you mentioned something like this. I am trying to write something where everyone is born with one power, then when they reach a certain age they are granted another power, these two powers mix and turn into a third power, which indeed sounds a lot like the Radiants, but it is more straight forward. So right now I am facing the problem of how the abilities should mix XD Some of them are pretty hard to mix...

    RPing is improvised writing, Im sure some would claim that is harder. Let someone you trust read it first then, they can point out the unfortunate implications for you so you can change it. I've just gone the Lovecraftian road and I dont write dialogue at all

    Now Im no authority on the topic of writing, but as I have a couple decent horror shorts I may share how I think. Write what you want to read, fix things you hate about fiction, take cliches and tropes and do horrible and sadistic things to them.

    I had dreams about the house of a witch lately. I find it interesting, so I'll share it. My theory is that if I enter the house uninvited there wont be a fluffy cat, an old lady and a 12 or so year old girl, but 3 monsters in a hellish realm and I like that fluffy cat, so I'd rather enter the house invited.

    Aurora appears in the sky, taking colors and shapes that should not be possible, showing things you wish you had never seen, the sun is burning a strange color of greenish purple. A sense of dread and wonder washes over you as a strange song starts playing, like aliens singing a strange hymn of praise. The air cracks open and Lord Morzathoth descends upon the world.

    I disagree, thats how you end up with clicktivism "Like if you think this is bad" "Great, now I can go on with my day, I did something good" No you didnt. People just try to escape from the guilt, doesnt matter if it is working or not. ... well that didnt solve anything...

    So today I used a homeless guy to exchange coins. I really needed to use the bathroom, alas, there were only bathrooms you had to pay for, and I didnt have the specific coin to unlock the door, so I found a homeless guy with the coin I needed, gave him all my change for it and then I had the silvery, round key for the bathroom. Im not sure if it is funny or not.

    And this is why the world needs more Discworld. Comedy is in general looked down upon, even if sharp satire is a hundred times more intelligent than the overly dramatic stuff that goes for "great art". Now you can be depressing and amazing, very few can succeed with it because with my night black sense of humor I always find the comedy in it, but it exists. I think the problem is in general that a lot of comedy looks stupid, while angst looks dramatic and "arty". Im not sure what the point of that rant was, but I typed it so I might as well post it.

    Oh look the philosophical pessimist is going to try to make everyone feel better. It is not your fault that your ancestors were cremlings, none of us invented the idiotic "White mans burden" philosophy which has ruined the world since someone first thought of it. I dont think we should feel guilty for things that happened before any of us were born, as much as we wish that it didnt happen we just have to build from what we have, we have generations of mistakes, maybe, possibly we can fix some things, if we want to, but not all of it. So dont feel guilty, none of it is your fault. i would post pictures of my cats here, but it is in the middle of the night, so you'll have to be without cats.
