The wedding is the direct cause of the universe ending. It is so wrong that reality starts breaking apart. The man then has to team up with his new wife, his old nemesis and his old nemesis brother to make sure the universe does not end.

Imagine all the awesome things you'll be able to complain about though, like teleportation! On the other hand it is also very possible that the young ones of the future will laugh at you for not having to deal with zombies and scavenging for food.

What a coincidence, I dreamt of Wind Waker... and fighting a guy who had eaten a devil fruit so I threw him into the sea. I think it was the wood fruit. Like 40% of my dreams are somehow related to Zelda.

Ah, nice... isnt Noctuary out of print? was pretty sure it was. I guess I should have told you that Penguin has Songs of a dead dreamer and Grimscribe in one book earlier huh.

Like China, even if he still uses old Howards prose XD Songs of a Dead Dreamer/Grimscribe, Teatro Grotesco and My Work Is Not Yet Done? Those are the ones that are not out of print. Well and his non-fiction book The Conspiracy Against The Human Race.

I knew I was forgetting something! The Mountains of Madness is insanely long though, I cant force her to read all of that XD I agree, honestly. Lovecraft is the Tolkien of horror, I guess, in more ways than one. At least he can actually be scary, not like that hack who seems to have undeservedly gotten the title of "The master of horror" and couldn't scare his way out of a daycare made out of wet cardboard. ....Anyway. Have you read Ligotti yet?

Well then (Link spam incoming) The Colour Out of Space (One of my favorite things ever) The Dunwhich Horror The Call of Cthulhu (Which I personally think is somewhat overrated, but just for the sake of pop culture, you know) The Shadow Over Innsmouth Lets start with that. I still think the works themselves have some power however, even if they are easy to make parodies of. He is fantastic for inspiration though. Thats one of those things I have to pretend isnt there, or is the narrator talking or whatever XD

*Silently fistpumps* Metaphorically: Throw all your ideas in a bag, shake, throw them at the wall, see which ones cluster together The more grotesque ideas (like the skin magic) can become one story and so on. I know most of your ideas are for magic systems and settings, so expand those, what characters would fit in these worlds and have these abilities? What would these characters want? What horrifying and terrible things could you do to these characters? What horrifying things can you do to this world? Now I sound like a self help article for struggling writers... woops...

I do not have piercings, I dont really like the idea of it and I am way, way too paranoid. Images of grotesque body horror always play in my mind whenever I see someone with piercings. oh hey thats an idea...
