    As I think of it, Allomacy has a cost necause you have to buy metals. Feruchemy has a cost because you drain something from yourself, then use it. So I thought we would make Ferrings like, "Sazed loses -x/-x until end of turn. Sazed gains +x/+x during your next upkeep." I don't think we should use mana for Ferring powers.
