  1. I agree with Lopen about Araris. I don't recall anything he's done as of yet, and I think he's a better option than Kipper. Edit: I agree that we should lynch the Kandra. Even if they're loyal, we'll still have a large group of confirmed players. But I don't think they'll wind up loyal. Soooooo... Anyone know who the Kandra is?
  2. Ninja'd by Lopen, so I can now not edit. Ookla the Bother: The rules say the Voidbringer makes it so that no kill attempt on them happens, so I don't think it would be distinguishable. Ookla the Advantageous: I often forget to post early on and then have to catch up reading the whole thread, since it's a lot easier to check my email than to navigate to this page. I didn't have anything to say then but didn't want to have to play catch-up again. Aaaaaand now I forgot to respond to Lopen. That is good that they are confirmed by a kandra, assuming the HI is still loyal, but I have thought the Traitors started with a kandra for a while. The rule change allowing them to scan for role or alignment does seem rather targeted toward that, after all. Of course, 2 loyal kandras and 1 evil doesn't seem too bad either.
  3. Sorry I haven't been on. I've been a bit busy what with family and all, but everyone's left so I should be able to pay a fair bit more attention. Now, on to discussion. I think we could have started with 2 Loyal Kandras, but I also believe it isn't likely. With the invulnerable at night role, the roleblock, and the protect, and village already has enough firepower to be balanced. Although one comparable LG, Hero's Shadows of Elantris, did have two seekers (don't ask me how I know this ), it also had the Elantris mechanic which isolated one of them. I don't know who is claiming to be a loyal kandra, but, even assuming the HI scanned them, an evil kandra is a very useful thing. And if the HI didn't scan them yet, then you should, because otherwise any traitor, with all of them knowing all alignments, can claim Kandra.
  4. Public Action 2: Search my house and keep for spies, most carefully. If I do find one, they will be interrogated, and once their house is discovered, dumped dead on their doorstep.
  5. Infinity Blade 1, 2, or 3?
  6. Action 3: Buying as much atium as I can from the canton of resource.
  7. I don't really like getting into an I-know-you-know. Anything an eliminator team does that pits one of their members in the spotlight is usually not a good strategy. Also, Kaid had told me he was a voidbringer but I didn't see it until after the night. Also, how bout that weather lately? I think the weather has been very good.
  8. Vulco Erikell sat on the hard bench, waiting. Typical. The Canton of Resource always made him wait, and this new Prelan was worse than ever. Despite that his House was their biggest customer, the Canton still made them wait longer than usual. It was what came with having... strained... relations with the Ministry, but to cringe just to satisfy them was something he and his would never do. His father had been better at this than he was, always able to simply raise an eyebrow and be shown right in, on the rare occasions that he'd had little time. Vulco had wondered sany times at how he'd been able to, but eventually he'd decided it was just down to charisma. The door opened, startling him out of his musings. "Ah! Finally..." Vulco exclaimed. The prelan frowned. "Was there some problem, Lord Erikell?" he asked cuttingly. He would be well aware of the problem, but to comment on the Ministry just wasn't done. "No, of course not. I've come to inquire if you have the latest shipment of atium in?" Vulco cautiously asked. "Yes, as it happens, it just arrived earlier this morning. How much did you want to buy?" The prelan replied. It was strange to just think of him as 'the prelan', but that was just the way things worked sometimes in the Final Empire. "How much do you have available?" He asked. If he had a better relation with the Ministry, perhaps this could have been done in one visit, assuming he could have scraped together the money. The prelan looked at his paper, and replied...
  9. I would say that, if we still have a Loyal Kandra(probably), they should scan either Adavantos or Orlok. I'd like to know if either the person with a lot of info (why do you have all that anyway?) or the person going after the person with a lot of info, is evil. For the Mistborn kill: No one Unless you, as the Mistborn, have a heavy suspicion on someone, then you probably shouldn't just take a shot in the dark. (misspelled "shot" at first, and though my error would be bad as well, I did and do mean death) Of course, you could just kill me. Probably not a good idea, since I think my role is fairly important to the Loyalists. (This makes me feel oddly British) Also, Orlok, why are you convinced I'm evil?
  10. Orlok, of course it does. However, I don't really see how our sharing a computer some of the time changes anything. Literally anyone could have placed a poke vote and had a bandwagon develop. Oh, and to everyone in my PMs who I told I thought Wilson was evil: told you. Wilson And I'd like to mention that I think Kipper is pretty cleared bc going after Wilson for a while. (Or course, that also, completely conincidentally, clears me. I did not even notice that, I swear.) And just because we know who we are lynching doesn't mean DISCUSSION=0. Who should the Mistborn kill?
  11. I got ninja'ed by Elbereth. For inopportunely timed posts.
  12. I actually clicked that link thinking I was about to find a new WoB. Instead I found TEN new WoBs! Thank you Kipper, for your wisdom! (If anyone else had trouble finding them, just watch the video all the way through.)
  13. I am going to respond to a few things now. Why? I think I have sufficient reasoning for it, which I thought I had stated, but maybe only in PMs.I believe that the Shallan lynch couldn't have happened without Eliminator involvement. It could be Wilson, Kipper, or Bort. (Mailliw was a loyal hemalurgist then) Wilson is the most suspicious because that isn't something she would normally do. (According to my perception of Wilson) Kipper and Bort both are suspicious, but I think Wilson is the most right now. It was suggested that I voted for Shallan and arranged that other Eliminators would follow up because she could accidentally find my alignment. As it turns out, that would have been a great strategy should I have been an eliminator, since she was a Kandra. I don't really know how to make a defense for this, beyond that I wouldn't do that to my sister. (I mean, I would, but not for that reason) I actually just voted for Shallan to annoy her a bit, since she hadn't been on yet. I then was not on until the end of the cycle had happened and was unable to retract my vote. Up above, I say that that isn't really something Wilson would do as a villager. She put the second vote on Shallan for effectively nothing, and although the leader then had 4-5 votes, we should all only be voting for someone if we want them lynched and are prepared to offer more of an explanation than "Someone else already said that". Wilson knows that, and if she wanted to lunch Shallan based on the one post, I don't think she could be village. But now Creccio is being lynched, and honestly, I'm fine with that too, because apparently she is spreading some "juicy information about [me]". Here's some advice for anyone who got the info: it's not right. Either Creccio is guessing/lying or she knows a Kandra who scanned me for role, since an alignment of Loyal isn't very juicy.
  14. I can't do a long post right now, but I should be able to in ~5-6 hours. I am voting for Wilson, mainly because I don't think the Shallan lynch could have happened without at least one Eliminator involved, and also partly for the reasons other people have stated. Edit: autocorrect
