This morning, when I was returning home from veterinary after saying goodbye to Makruś I've found this balloon in the bushes near my home. I know you all can't understand it, but those are best wishes for 2016. That was kind of magical to find a balloon wishing me a good year after something that tragic...

My cat Makruś is falling asleep for the last time, I'm sitting next to him trying not to cry ;( Edit: And it's done, he's now in a better place ;(

Keep working on those cuts and you'll be able to cosplay as the Survivor of Hathsin I don't know how everyone get's papercuts, I've never been cut by paper, cardoard, tin foil or anything like that... I've only cut myself with a knife a couple of times and that I can understand. Is my skin made of something else than other humans? Am I a superhero, whose superpower is resistance to papercuts?

Fortunately for Summer, the house to which she was headed wasn't far from Drainer's lair. Actually, it was almost right next to her shared quarters. It was a rather big house, certainly better looking that Drainer's. She wondered if envy about a house was the reason she was sent to spy on that Argon guy, but it didn't seem likely. From her master's reaction, it was obvious that those two Epics knew each other and they weren't in good relations. For most of the time on her way there, she thought about how will she take a photo of this new Epic without being noticed. Many male Epics probably wouldn't mind if a you girl wanted to take a picture of them, however, if this guy wasn't like that, asking him for a photo would be like a suicide. Snapping a picture while he's not paying attention seemed like the best way to do it. She'll just have to be patient and ready to use the occasion. So let's say the picture is taken... then what? She's supposed to stay there, pretending to be a servant girl assigned to him. What if he's an even worse sadist and pervert that Drainer? Everything was possible with Epics. His power set didn't look ominous at all, especially this cake creation power, but she was worried anyway. Her thoughts continued to race as she joined the group gathered outside Argon's house. She immediately noticed the tension in the air around them. "We work for ten hours every day and have to live in overcrowded houses, sharing beds and not having any privacy, while some stupid Epics just come to this town and they get a house like this for nothing! I don't know how could we stand this just couple days ago!" One of the servants whined while others agreed with him. "We sure do deserve better treatment!" "I hope this new Epic get's murdered just like Firefly!" "I'm not gonna clean this house unless he makes me!" The grumbling continued while they all waited for Argon's arrival. Despite the general discontent and slightly rebellious moods none of them dared to enter the house before it's new owner arrived.

Sorry for double posting, but I'm on a phone and editing is not that easy. Do you have any fans in your machine? Maybe there is some dust inside and your computer is thermal throttleing (or how do you spell that)? Can you do something simmilar to reinstalling Windows but with Os X? Ut would be good to figure out if that's a hardware or software problem.

I used both Windows and Linux and I have to say that Linux was better and faster for me with everything except games of course. Now I have top tier gaming PC but no time to play games :/ To stay on topic, I'm currently waiting in line to visit a vet with my sick cat. I'm here for an hour already, I wonder how much more... my butt hurts from sitting on those uncomfortable chairs here

Why not buy a much cheaper laptop with Windows instead of a Mac? I always wonder what is so good with Apple that people are willing to pay extra for a computer they use for web browsing and other tasks that you can easily do on Windows and Linux.

I agree that Carrie Fisher was the only person that could play Leia. Some people are complaining that she doesn't look like older Leia... what the hell? That's like saying that she doesn't look like herself o.O and personally I didn't find anything wrong with her performance in the movie, for me she was convincing and natural, perfectly fitting the General Organa role.

I've read your discussion about OP defense powers and I'm surprised you more or less accepted Argon, whose defenses are even more OP. I guess that it was his weakness that allowed that Anyway, I'm declaring I'll write Summer post before the end of the year about her joining the staff of Argons house. Nothing interesting, but it's still something I'm still waiting for Buttercup and Kenshin to intercept Argon on his way home.

It's about twice as much as the avarage salary in Poland and over 3 times more than minimum wage. Many things in Poland are cheaper than you are used to... except real estate, cars, electronics, entertainment... well except all the things that are not required for survival (but our Internet providers are great, no transfer limits, cheap and the speeds are really good ). Also services like mechanics, plumbers, even private medical care is a lot cheaper than in wester Europe. Unfortunately, Elantris letherbound + shipping is still like 1/4 or 1/5 of my monthly income, so no leather Elantris for me

I wish I made that kind of money... As a programmer in Poland I make about $19000 a year :/ and the prices here are not proportionaly lower. I get super envy when I hear how much money people make in other countries :< in Germany I would be paid at least 4 times more than in Poland :/
