Tia literally described Regalia as "not a High Epic" and David agrees on the spot and catches his erroneous thinking.

Well Preservation and Ruin had clearly human corpses so. . .

Well, can't fly. . . But you can jump good

We know bits about their cohesion powers enough to know what it is meant to affect if not their full capabilities in doing so, and transportation does nothing of the sort, which in my opinion leaves their non-surge ability. And we don't really know any of those yet so extreme in the supernatural. But who knows.

Which Surge would you like to have?

You'll crash the gold economy and make it worthless. Like printing money. Which makes me wonder. Can you soulcast the metal in an allomancer's stomach? Metalminds would be difficult because of the investiture but normal metal should be simpler . . . -
You do realize that the actual scales for Kelvin and Celsius just have 0s in different places? Cooled down to absolute zero would give you the same degrees in both, the actual number is just different because absolute zero itself has a different number.

I would pitch in, but unfortunately my metaphors are as terrible as a land mine in a potato field.

Anybody who watches/reads Sword Art Online has a reason, for one. Though it in reality really is impractical. Twin knives at the very least really only require modified punching motions.

I'm just saying "just the air touching him" is, in fact, a lot of energy. Just not enough. Which I guess means we have Epic physics going on. After all, Prof destroys part of the matter he turns to dust without any noticeable energy release (which would be enough to nuke the area really).

David generally uses the term incorrectly himself anyway. As do a lot of people, considering the scene where he actually corrects himself.

Well Firefight isn't the main villain of Firefight either. Sure, she gets spotlight, but David also totally steals the show until she reincarnated. Meanwhile Steelheart was indeed the main villain of his book, but his only scenes are the bank flashback and the actual showdown. . . where he is mostly off screen until Nightwielder died, Firefight leaves, and Prof goes down. At which point he just pulls a trigger and kills himself.

He probably doesn't have those godlike reflexes too. . .

Full KR Kal can just float in the air and throw Syl repeatedly or something and not much Adolin can do about that. If he ever becomes KR Windrunner and Skybreaker are not options anymore

Well, I guess it's hard for a second entity to drain stormlight from storage while it is being drained. Which gives me interesting thoughts as all allomancy draws from one source, as does all AonDor, but parallel drain is achievable. Perhaps this is limited to physical containers?

Once the energy begins to drop the surrounding heat moves in. It's still a tendency to positive entropy you know. The air doesn't stay frozen.

You don't even need to carry it

I'm not sure how any of the things you're saying relates to the text you've quoted. At all.

We Epics need not make sense. It is beneath us. Speaking of inaccurate science I kind of want to see an electrokinetic Epic launching arcade coins fast enough to melt through solid objects now. If anybody even recognizes a reference like that here.

Steelheart - Calamity seems much like a 'shard' to me
natc replied to Mikanium's topic in The Reckoners
I wonder how many steel lines would occur from a city that's just a block of steel cut open in places? I guess more skilled people (especially savants) have been shown manifesting multiple lines in a single object, but still. -
You'll need more terms for each dimension you're adding to the coordinates too, obviously. And I believe the specific definition is more fancy than that. But the actual map is just referencing one frame of a web animation of a specific Julia set, so it's not that complicated.

While the part about his whereabouts being known is a knock against this theory (will have to check), him not being a herald is irrelevant when "Taln" is not a confirmed herald either.

The shards' power are fragments of Adonalsium. The minds controlling them are very separate entities from Adonalsium, and are presumably humans of the Yolish species bar the potential dragon that might have showed up. As far as I know Adonalsium wasn't ever mentioned to even be alive.

What happens when a Returned tries to create a lifeless using divine breath?

FTL literally refers to faster than light, so we aren't just outliving the trip here. Strengthening their feruchemy does not help in this situation. A full feruchemist can survive anything short of a shardblade to the brain, the question is whether they can do so for more than 5 seconds after preparing for a few decades. Strength is not a problem that needs fixing, it's supply.
