  1. I think I FINALLY found an Altermind song! I'm on my phone right now so I can't post a link, but it's called "Circus for a Psycho" by Skillet.
  2. I had it written into her backstory (in my head, at least) that pre-Calamity she was a brilliant (and I mean genius IQ) engineering student, the daughter of a theoretical physicist, who maintained her interest in both well after getting her powers.
  3. It's not gravitonics, per se; more hand waved as something similar but more powerful from Funtimes' imagination. And no one has seen the underside of the museum so they can't prove a thing.
  4. It's not a song, but I came up with a crackfic (non-shipping, surprise surprise) that involves Nighthound becoming furious with a watermelon. Does anyone want to see it or should it stay in my imagination?
  5. I think she'd be able to, since they're not living. The living ones she couldn't touch. I'm still having trouble finding songs for Altermind, Voidgaze, Big Al (you know he needs one), Ray, Electro, and Scorch. But I will not be dissuaded! Every character must have a perfect song AND a perfect pony!
  6. Would Funtimes be able to affect them? It doesn't sound like she'd be able to affect the human ones, since CorpseMaker can kill them and Nighthound could control them, but would she be able to transform non-human toys? Glad you liked it.
  7. Joe, I think I found a song for Sightline: Remedy
  8. Argh! Somebody upvote that because my stupid phone decided I really wanted to down vote you. Sorry about that. Anyway.... There. Slaughterhouse's OTP.
  9. I liked the new episode quite a lot. Although expositing what Clara's personality is through other characters isn't the best way to do it, I was glad to see her exhibit some genuine flaws. I don't love her the way I loved Amy and Rory, or even pre-Moffatt companions like Rose, Martha, and Donna, but she felt more human. It was also nice to see a return to truly creepy villains that aren't Weeping Angels. My sister's theory about the robots was that they had something to do with the Toclophane, which would have been cool, but didn't fit with their behavior. I'm hoping Moffatt keeps up the trend and varies things a bit. As for Capaldi….I quite liked his Doctor. I don't feel like I know who he is, the way I did with Smith's Doctor, but that's all right. Like Quiver said, I got the sense that the Twelfth Doctor doesn't quite know who he is just yet, and that he'll learn. He was scattered and panicky, but colder than Smith's Doctor. And I enjoyed the parallels they drew between him and Vastra. Overall, it was a solid opening to a promising season, and I can't wait for next week's episode.
  10. Thoughttown's power is the most consistent. Other areas like the Empire have electricity provided in places by those who bought generators in preparation for the apocalypse. Oregon and Washington have a lot of preppers, so I'd imagine there would be more than a few homes with electricity, with those who didn't have it sharing with those who did.
  11. Yeah. No kidding. Fridge horror at its finest. I suppose I'll have to resort to other methods. Poison? Brain damage? A Justin Beiber concert? All excellent ideas. (And no, I am NOT shipping Slaughterhouse with anyone except his weakness and Remington's loaded rifle. That's the only OTP for this guy. )
  12. I like the ground. The ground is nice. And I prefer to walk on it with two matching feet, the ones I have always had with no modifications, thank you very much. I am also fond of my other limbs the way they are, so if you'll excuse me, I'm going to perform an experiment of my own with Slaughterhouse and a gun to see what can kill him. For society's benefit, you understand.
  13. Um....if you say so. I'll just stay where I am. Killer plants at least give you delicious fruit part of the year, and they don't give a flip about your muscle mass. Thanks for the offer, though.
  14. "Calamityville" sounds like "Amityville," the setting of many horrors. Since living under Möbius would be a horrorshow, I find that oddly appropriate.
  15. I like it. I also thought Nightmare Night was a good song from the perspective of her subjects.
  16. You posted something? When was this?
  17. Hey, Kobold, I think you posted an empty spoiler tag there.
  18. I'll post the link when I get home, if no one else does before then.
  19. Yes, that's a good idea.
  20. I also changed the post slightly so Nathan wasn't as distracted. Still distracted, but not as much.
  21. I assume he's wearing a shirt?
  22. Jacket sounds safer. A jacket with biting buttons, then , buttons that only bite Nighthound?
