  1. It's impossible to approve or disapprove of movies that don't exist.
  2. I'd appreciate it more if Nathan was armed with her weakness and ready to use it.
  3. About as kosher as bacon-wrapped shrimp, yeah.
  4. How about "MY EYES MY EYES KOBOLD BROKE MY EYES!!!!!" As for Autumn and Vapor's meetings.... I think a normal one would start off with her asking him how he's doing. She'd draw her next question from his answer (if he said "Not so good," her next question would be "Why? Did something happen?"). Throughout their talk, she'd be looking for things that consistently upset him to see if there would be a way to help him avoid them in case they provoked him. And she'd be looking for anything that calmed him, in hopes of keeping him somewhat sane. For the upcoming one, I think she'd conduct it much the same way, beginning with a question about how he's doing and going from there. This time, she'd also be on the lookout for any signs that he was about to lose his temper, or signs that he'd become more corrupted after his imprisonment.
  5. ....I think that comment broke my brain. Sorry, Edge. Give me a moment to repair my shattered psyche so I can answer your question.
  6. Indeed it did. First Princess Luna becomes Nightmare Moon and goes on a Rending, then the literal personification of fear shows up in MGS? What is happening here? I want him.
  7. I felt this pug was necessary to begin this thread.
  8. That will come later. This pug is more important. You'll realize it when you see him.
  9. Searching for the pug picture to begin the new thread….
  10. Too late. Already home. If you want to pass the limit, you'll need to post fast.
  11. As soon as I can get back to my laptop.
  12. Their response was a picture of Fortuity. And an upraised middle finger.
  13. Now I'm imagining Deathwish putting out ads on some community board: "THERAPIST NEEDED! Must be hot, female, willing to listen to me talk for HOURS, and hot. Vondra this is super serious so please don't take it down." Just let them do what they do best.
  14. If you likes it so much, why'd you invent the internet?
  15. Vapor Snake and Winter Glass, conquering The Dalles with their love...this could actually work. The Shipping Gods work in mysterious ways. Shipping or no shipping, though, it does work out extremely well.
  16. Leading her to see the addictive nature of Epic powers firsthand, granting her a deeper understanding of his constant struggle and a greater appreciation for his protection....dang, it's like the Shipping Gods WANTED them together from the beginning.
  17. So you're saying Autumn/Vapor would be the January picture? He'd also have the advantage of being able to get his squad together if he needed backup, or even gifting a small amount of his powers to Autumn in an emergency.
  18. On a more serious note, one of those two--or another Epic who trusts Autumn somewhat--would probably be a better choice than Deathwish. Yes, he's the only one with a PI, but if there was a repeat of Shiny Sparkle, wouldn't he be more likely to just sit back and laugh than to intervene? Maybe he'd intervene at some point, but unless I'm reading him wrong, he seems like the type to only jump in at the last possible second.
  19. Unless, of course, those two WERE her bodyguards.
  20. When Bellatrix Lestrange sees a boggart, it's Nighthound, shirtless and grinning.
  21. Somewhere in Wizarding America, there is a witch or wizard whose Patronus is whoever killed Nighthound.
  22. If Nighthound is the last living soul on earth, is there still someone chanting for his death? Wouldn't he, though? He's even worse in the show. Though what can you expect from a historical figure who made it a strategy to attack unarmed women and children?
  23. I think it's one of those questions without an answer. Kind of like "what is the sound of one hand clapping?" Unrelated, but my family and I started Texas Rising last night. Santa Anna is portrayed in an astonishingly creepy and historically accurate light. To cope with his scenes, I began muttering "And then Santa Anna died" to myself.
  24. I completely agree. If Sanderson was offered a position on the OUAT writing team, I'd hope he turned it down. But this whole Author business still has me wondering what might have been.
