I read straight through until I finished The Gathering Storm, which was the last book out at the moment, and it took me about 8 months.

Love the name and avi mate! Great to see another new face. And around here don't worry too much about getting shot for thinking Brandon did better. We're pretty good with all that jazz. Course you would get Spiked not shot.

I'm just getting back into the game, and while I read the summary, and skim read the posts, I'm still a little confused. Probably the best way to fix this is just to interact with my character and I will figure things out.....

Dune and Ender are similar to me in this way. Dune and Ender's Game Rock. Their sequels did not. I did enjoy the first two Bean books and the First Formic War. I also enjoyed Paul of Dune and plan on reading the Butlerian Jihad books at some point.

Yeah...... I can't say anything because Peter's parents live close by so Brandon does signings just an hour from me every time a big book comes out. Brandon does try pretty hard to get close ish to his fans though, so maybe he'll surprise you and come near by.

Oh crap, I am so tempted to just pull, Oh yeah well i did a so and so, but I wanna see where this goes. LeftInch suppressed a shiver as the Spice entered his system. His brain seemed to slip a little, but he decided to let it go for now. He focused on the force harder trying to concentrate and sense his nemesis. There was absolutely nothing unusual though. Things still weren't right, but there wasn't enough to make the run to lightspeed. It looked like it was time to use one of his new tricks. The Scholar pulled out his lightsaber, dissasembled it and took a piece of black steel from inside. He then reasembled it and swallowed the steel. As he burned the steel invested with the darkside of the force he looked around one last time and then started running with compound speed.

Ricochet strode up the street. It had taken him weeks to get to Portland from his old library. He'd heard rumors of a lot of epic activity here so he'd decided to walk over. Before he left his old city he had made sure to kill his old landlord. The look on his face as he fell towards the concrete from 500 feet was wonderful. It had taken so long to get to Portland because Ricochet had decided to walk. Using his powers would have been quickest but he didn't want rumors of another epic coming to town. Ricochet didn't trust cars. They were too likely to break down. His legs though, they were strong and wouldn't fail on him. As the sun shone on his face Ricochet looked around, waiting for something to happen.......

LeftInch strode towards the corpse pulling a packet out from his pocket. There was something wrong....The corpse wasn't healing! Quite Careless of QC. Better not let her see that he knew. As he got closer to the corpse he poured the content of the packet into his mouth. Spice should help to make sure the Scholar kept the long end of the stick.

While his body healed the Scholar grimaced and closed his eyes. "You know, when I said wetting my throat with blood, that wasn't quite what I meant." He looked around and then strafed the walls with bullets coming from an unseen gun while at the same time using force lightning on them to give them a little bit of a "kick". The sight of bullets penetrating the cook's lungs and spinal chord and then getting electrecuted made LeftInch feel a little better about the slightly scratchy quality his voice now had.

Standing calmly in the Shadows, where he had retreated when he heard the footsteps, LeftInch shivered. This was just as terrifying as his big duel with QC. Actually it was the scariest thing he'd seen in the 17th realm so far. Storms, it was good to have the Princess back.

Good... Good... Now Kill Twi and as a sign of your conversion. having 18 charisma and investing heavily in persuasion makes for awesome stuff. seriously I tried like fifty memes and none worked. How do you attach as a thumbnail?? And my queen, this is a good thing. It means that the order of the sith has been reastablished and that things are as safe as they're going to get.
