I've already asked your fear of losing loved ones and Conflux questions--though along with mine they've been buried on the very bottom of the page.

Huh. Didn't notice that. Well, it makes it twice as likely for us to receive an answer to the question, right?

Woohoo! I've posted my own questions along with TwiLyght's! Here's hoping he answers any of them.

I'm asking three questions of my own and two for a friend of mine who'll be at a meeting during the AMA. Should that be okay?
-
I wonder how many people would show up if I did a Reddit AMA.

It's surprising how many of us have Reddit name-doppelgangers. My revised list of questions:

Looks good to me! I'm dying to ask about Regalia, so I'd love it if you could ask the Nightwielder question instead, if you don't mind.

Ugh. I'm so anxious for this to start, I wrote part of a "Let it Go" parody about it:

Sure, I could do that. Also, it occurs to me that now, with Brandon Sanderson sitting at his computer to answer our questions, is the perfect time to ask for Regalia's weakness. Reckon I'd be overloading my post if I added that? Does anyone else want to ask him?

I'm asking about Night's Sorrow and West Coast Epics for sure, so nobody else needs to ask about those. I'll ask your questions for you, TwiLyght. I'll ask one of Voidus', too; hopefully asking three questions for myself and three more for good friends won't go against AMA policies. If I ask one of yours, Voidus', which one should it be?

r/books. Should we coordinate our questions a little bit, just to make sure nobody asks duplicate questions?

I am now King_of_the_Kobolds on Reddit.com. Oddly, "Kobold_King" was already taken. I'm so excited my mind is suddenly blank for questions to ask. Here's a few that rush to mind: Is there anything you can tell us about Night's Sorrow--gender, powers, or personality-wise? How far does the Coven's territory extend? Can you tell us anything about High Epic despots ruling on the West Coast? If you could have the powers of any Epic in your novels so far, whose would they be and why? Spoilered question: I'm super stoked for this.

This is really awesome. I'm getting me a Reddit account. As a general guideline, how many questions is it polite to ask during one of these? One? Two? Three, maybe?
-
I'd like to put in an order for two dozen more of these, please.

But wouldn't most of those simply be variations of "dirty meanieface full of lame"?...Wait. Why am I saying "but"? That would be awesome.

Hmm. Forgot about that doc. Though can I just say, Sightline summarized as "Teleporting Batman" is making me giggle in a decidedly unmasculine way.

So up next on my RP agenda are Lightwards and Deathwish, right? Not to mention contributing to the Tillamook compilation post that I've left to gather dust for the past few weeks...

He's currently assisting the City Guard by incapacitating the Panda's forces with his lights. The one problem I can see in him meeting Frequency's gang is that he wouldn't be able to last long in a straight fight with any of them--but then, I suppose him stalling for time and trying to figure out how to deal with them would be pretty interesting in its own right. I don't know where the Florist is, actually.

They could meet up with Glamour perhaps, or else stumble across the Florist's gardens with Deathwish.

Brandon Listening To The Blossom Chronicles
Kobold King replied to TwiLyghtSansSparkles's topic in The Reckoners
Ooh, this is cool. Perhaps the song's lyrics relate to the powers of Night's Sorrow? Somehow the key words of those lyrics--blossom, winterspell, blade, and soft--make me think of an Epic with a particularly poetic name possibly connected to darkness of some form. Or, he's just posting this to drive us crazy. I'd believe that too. -
First off, welcome to the forum! To address your points, I'd have to challenge your first assumption. Megan never said that names are related to Epic weaknesses, if I recall correctly--she said that their nightmares point to their weaknesses. In addition, one could make the argument that the legendary Jonathan Phaedrus, with his trademark goggles and black labcoat, is already famous in some circles. Regalia even remarks on how he's just as conceited as the average Epic when it comes to his image. So with those points in mind, I'm inclined to doubt that fame is directly related to his weakness. It could be, but I'd say that there's nothing definitive pointing towards fame as the answer.

I'd watch it. Provided that I'm provided a blanket to hide under, of course. (Love the tagline, by the way. )
