Yay! I'm employed. Mainly just wanting them for the Vault. Once I have a few more self-ponies compiled I was thinking of a group portrait. All of us gathered around a gameboard or something, using the tiny ponies from the shipping!Regalia comic as pieces. Firefight spoilers:

Serious question. Wouldn't a specialized school for Metalborn children encourage classism in society? Students who are reared in an environment so devoid of "normal" peers could very well develop contempt towards those who are less gifted. After a few generations, this could result in a culture that assigns a higher inherent value to its Metalborn than to its less Invested citizens. Metalborn obviously require special considerations, but segregation is a system of great risks and dubious rewards.

I'm about to post a very short Backtrack scene. I just can't seem to get the Deathwish scene working right today. Also, I've also got an elephant terrorist combat scene to write for the WTCH thread. And I've decided to try my darndest to get the chiskreven PoV up in Paida this weekend. Busy busy busy. EDIT: Bit of a delay on the Backtrack scene. The forum doesn't allow multiple posts within a short timeframe, and so I just lost what I wrote. I've got to re-write it now.

Oh, good. I have no idea how to start a "Save the TwiLyght" charity fund, and I'm too tired and light-headed today to do a good job of finding out. I wonder what you guys would think if I ACTUALLY included blatant Backtrack shipping at one point.

There is nothing you could do or say to convince me to view that movie. I'm not close-minded about much, but I firmly shut the gates of my mind against that kind of... I was going to say "pornography," but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and just say "eroticism." EDIT: Uh, sorry if that's insensitive to any Question reads who've watched and loved the film. I'm writing a Backtrack/Deathwish scene now, by the way. By which I mean they'll both be in the next post, not that I'm shipping them. Yet.

Can't... stop... looking at it... augh.... Neverthere it is. I doubt David could ever have known about Metronome. How could he have idolized a pitiful man like Jonathan Phaedrus if he'd known METRONOME existed? (Have you made an Adventurer pony yet?)

Simple trick; in any relationship with a "dominant" or "progressive" woman as the female half, gender flip the couple. If the woman's constant put-downs or domineering personality become suddenly creepy from a smirking Nighthound, then the relationship probably wasn't half as healthy as Hollywood thought it was. Which one did you want? I still have Neverthere riding on the dinosaur. That could make a good file. (I don't dare do Metronome. I don't think I could do him justice. ) The only character I have that I actually had an actor in mind for is Vondra, with Stephen Lang as his Hollywood double. I simply can't imagine any of the others as a specific actor or actress. Even Vondra's begun to separate himself from Lang in my mind.

Now now. Who would make all your pony comics, if you put me on the "And then they died" list? Melissa Rauch as Neverthere? ...I kind of see where you're coming from with that, but I just can't see it. I have a hard time thinking of any good actors for any Oregon characters. Bad ones are easy, but good fits are hard for me to come up with.
