Hey! Get those guttery thoughts out of this topic immediately! The Syl Thread was obliterated for a reason.

That's pretty much what the admins did to that thread. I didn't participate in the discussion much, though I did become the Shipfather and I did start an off-topic discussion about whether or not Syl covers her safehand.

I bet Mestiv's saving that for Drainer's Moral Event Horizon.

And now, the dark secret of Drainer's office, revealed in pony form... Apologies if this is too dark for the forum.

She's adorable. The highest donation so far is $50; upvotes to the first person to top that!

Edge, I've got a Backtrack/Arsenal post nearly written. Backtrack and MV are just about ready to head back to Portland. Do you still want to do a quick scene where Backtrack rushes into the clinic to see what Game wanted to ask of him?

It's declared legal in the site rules, so I'm gonna guess it's perfectly fine. (It also occurs to me that I asked him a similar question a few months ago, and he never answered. ) I think it would be perfectly understandable of you to simply post the link, and remove it only if an admin asked you to. (Which I don't think they'd do.) The rules don't say anything against it, and in fact endorse it as long as it's in General Discussion, so I don't think a specific admin's stamp of approval is strictly necessary.

Does this mean Summer is about to have a Rending where she brings the glorious phrase "And then Drainer" died to Corvallis? Here's a Drainer pony, by the way. I'm not sure how well it meshes with yours and everyone else's image of him, but I tried to give him an air of organized sleaziness. Will do. That's your OC's accessory code, correct?

Does gelato count? If so, then pistachio gelato. The perfect union between sweetness and saltiness. Favorite villain that you love to hate? -
I was imagining him as overweight, but otherwise that meshes well with my mental picture. Here's a quick Summer pony I whipped up real quick: The bright yellow highlights I added on a whim, to further give her a bright and cheery appearance worthy of the name "Summer."

I'm crossing my fingers for Summer to enter his office only to find a full set of clothes and a Bible, with Drainer apologetically explaining that he's had a change in faith and he's no longer going to be a Creepy McCreeperton. Also, he'll give her cake. If you're going to dream, dream big.

"Wow!" Summer exclaimed. "Did you see that?" "What?" Drainer demanded. "What did you see that's so important you had to interrupt Cleaning Day?" "Apologies, sir," Summer whimpered. "It's just, I saw a beautiful topless mermaid swimming in that vat of acid over there." "A topless mermaid? Not working for me?" Drainer roared incredulously. "Hold my clothes, Summer. I'm going in." And then Drainer died.

Darn it, I'm gonna have to ponify her to lighten the mood. Can I get a physical description of her?

WALL-E, no question. It's incredibly sweet, and it has a moral message that I adore every time I watch it. It's probably as close to total perfection as any animated movie can get. What's your favorite way to cool off on a hot day? -
Neat... so I guess this third movie might explore the relationship between science and magic a bit? That'd be pretty novel ground for the series, and I'd love to see it. You know what I really love about this fandom? The fact that so many creative geniuses watch the show, and then channel their pure brilliance into creating high-quality works of art based on their interpretations. Here lately I've been hooked on these two songs, which both offer very different interpretations of Discord. One makes him out to be essentially the pony Devil, while the other claims he was never that bad a guy in the first place. Both of them, while contradictory, are equally valid interpretations of The Return of Harmony, and both of them strike a serious chord with me. Here they are.

Thanks. I remember you saying that. Still, having seen your original artwork I wouldn't be surprised to see you put out something like that. Out of curiosity, what does one actually do on Flight Rising? Is it a game of some sort?
-
So what you're saying is, we need to confirm that the Illuminati is still among us? (I can Alan him if you like.)

Kobolds. Though I must confess, I'm fond of any fantasy creature that has a bit of imagination behind it. Stock dragons and elves or other generic beasties don't appeal to me, but I love seeing twists added to existing creatures, or reading an author who makes new monsters altogether. What's your favorite t-shirt in your wardrobe? -
Looking forward to them. ...I'm not in any of those collabs, right? Because if I am I completely forgot about it.

"The Mandarin Phetracha, previously one of Narai's trusted military advisors, took advantage of the elderly Narai's illness, and killed Narai's Christian heirs." I dunno. This is some Epic-level slontzeness right here.

I'm busy writing about the Siamese Revolution of 1688 at the moment, but when I'm done I'll try to do a Lightwards post.

Yes, I suppose that's true. I'm certainly curious about the Rithmatist 'verse, but... well, to put it bluntly I'm far more devoted to the Reckoners than I am to the Rithmatist. Also, your typo is really cracking me up, considering I make similar ones all the time. Hope you'll forgive me for what follows.
