Staff review 2023 edition

Two years ago, inspired by the question of who is the community's favorite mod, we ran a poll to see how we were doing as the staff team. This year, we're doing it again, to see what are the areas where we can improve. We'd love it if you can fill out this anonymous form and tell us what you think. 
If you feel strongly about any part of the moderation, or even if you don't, we encourage you to answer honestly, we appreciate any feedback you may have. 

We will run the poll for two weeks, and take a week to analyze the results, and let you know about the overall stats like we did last time.
