Oathbringer Chapters 25-27, Legion 3 First Draft Done, and Mystery Project

I'm assuming by mystery project it means something other than the projects he talks about in State of Sanderson. Maybe a new (hopefully within the cosmere) novella?

Things I hope it is:

• Silverlight novella
• Nightblood
• Secret History 2
• Secret History: Roshar Edition
• Threnody book

What it probably is:

• Alcatraz 6 (wouldn't mind that much actually)
• Dark One
• Something new

I think and hope its probably The Aztlanian.

I'd love to see him just do an outline for the Threnody book. That's gotta be the planet in the cosmere I'm most looking forward to exploring in more detail.

Any time Brandon announces he is working on new projects it just makes my day...The man is a Machine. And i think one possibility for the mystery project is the final Era 2 Mistborn. He can write than in about 3 months..right?!

Someone asked him on a facebook post if we could have more information and he said he didn't want to say anything in case he couldn't end up doing it. As The Lost Metal is already set to be done in the next year or two I doubt that's what he's referring to.

I'm guessing it's something if it's a Mystery.

Stormlight novella (Yes I'm greedy)

Maybe it's the Rithmatist sequel at last! Of course, the fact that no one else has mentioned this likely means that this has been specified somewhere else and I'm missing something.

I would be okay with any of the suggestions (except Alcatraz. I haven't read any of the Alcatraz books yet), but I concur most with something on Threnody. Something fascinating is going on there and I. want. to. know. what.

I can't specifically remember where but Brandon did talk a bit about it on one of his website updates about his schedule for then next two years. So if it's mentioned like that, I don't think that it's the mystery project. But I'm SO excited for it! I think he said end of next year or beginning of 2019!

I would love it to be a story set on First of the Sun, because of [something in Chapter 22 in the Oathbringer preview, which I am not going to spoil here]. That planet and its magic are so fascinating to me.

I'd also love it to be Alcatraz 6 - those books are a hoot!

Or maybe White Sand 2 (graphic novel)?

Oooooh, maybe he's writing the storyline for another video game! That would be sweet.

Let's face it: anything and everything from Brandon will be eagerly anticipated.

I guess it's too much to hope that he'll have something from the "mystery project" ready to read to us at the OBR release event? One can only hope...
