Why Vasher leaves in end? It is still unsure if stone soldiers would succeed the battle.

Plus he has so much knowledge about breath, He knows how to gives breaths without giving the life breath.

why not share that with other gods or god king staying in city?

Why not help with peace between 2 nations/states ?

What is more important than this ?

Vasher is rather keen to avoid repeating the mistakes of his past. Sharing his knowledge could cause another struggle for supremacy on the same level as the Manywar. We know from WoB that if Yesteel got involved it would end very badly for everybody, so not giving anybody the motivation to start a war and checking out what Yesteel's up to are both really good ideas.

This isn't a secret only he knows, everyone who has enough Breath to dabble in Awakening does something similar subconsciously when they use only as much Breath as they need to Awaken something, instead of using all their Breaths. Certain people in Hallandren know how to do the Returned-specific version as well, because we know that when one God King passes on their Breath store to their successor, they keep their Divine Breath and are allowed to live out their lives peacefully, removed from the court  Brandon has confirmed this was a true statement from Treledees.

The last time he gave people commands like that it causes the manywar.

Then isn't it more responsible to stay back and see what he has given to people is put to good use ?

He still has to deal with Yesteel.

A better question would be what is so important that Vasher would choose to stay? There's nothing tying him back. People he was close to and had unfinished business with (the Five Scholars) are mostly dead. The last time he helped, it started the Manywar. The next instance of his help involved having to kill his own wife for the greater good.

Beyond that, staying meant consuming Breaths and that has to weigh on one's mind. That particular issue is further exacerbated with Nightblood, who consumes many Breaths with every use. Leaving for somewhere which has abundant free Investiture seems morally better.

There's nothing to hold him back and there's reason for him to want to leave.

Well, if the God King passes on Peacegiver's Treasure to the next God King and then "lives out their life" somewhere, that implies the former GK is still supplied - in secret - with the "one breath per week" a Returned needs to survive, until such time as that one gives up their Divine Breath.

With Treledees and all the other priests slaughtered in the Pahn Kahl rebellion from within the Court of Gods, who's going to know where these "secret Returned who need upkeep" are? Maybe the previous God King isn't around any more anyway? Dying of "Breath starvation" due to nobody knowing their situation would be rather anticlimactic for someone who was once revered as a living god.
