If you mean hemalurgy: Sazed forbade it’s study, so people in the North shouldn’t know about it. Eryn has no such compunctions. She doesn’t mind if the North learns of the third art. Sazed does, but she doesn’t care about what Harmony thinks.

The other people in the room are only just learning about Hemalurgy now, from Eryn. The assassin had prior knowledge. Two different things.

Adilie only knew of one friend of Harmony with scared hands, but she didn't think the Survivor would use an art as awful as hemalurgy, not after what had happened to Ironeyes
