While Minuet and the elven girl - Valzwyn - talked, Gal drew apart. He... truly wasn't an expert in the emotions field, so he couldn't help there, though he listened. He didn't know the grief of losing someone important to you, really. He noticed the Shadow fellow and the boy with the prophecy becoming alert, one after the other, and the Shadow going to investigate something. He wondered if he should try and go with him, but decided against it. Whatever the Shadow did, it must require being stealthy, which he couldn't, really. So he stayed around and listened, awkward as it was.

I mean, I did write there I'm not exactly socially awkward, but then again, I'm not exactly not socially awkward. And even if I wasn't socially awkward at all, my character is.

BTW, Mat, could you perhaps fill me in a little about your magic system? Because for now, Gal has very poor knowledge of magic systems, compared to a standard magic systems.
