Wind he/him Posted October 23, 2020 Posted October 23, 2020 Its my 1000th post! This is my first RP, so I'm really hoping it doesn't die. Here are the details on the world! Spoiler -Backstory 5000 years ago, the earth was dying. A series of comets was hitting the earth, from all sides(I don't care if it's not realistic, it happened), tectonic plates ripped apart, volcanos erupted and everyone was panicking. 1000 rays of purple light well from the sky, they each hit a person, of those 1000 people only 176 survived. Every person who survived being hit by one of the rays was given extraordinary power, the power of Gods. The Gods worked together to salvage what was left of earth, moving it to a different location and connecting the earths broken plates into one connected continent with a few smaller islands off the side of it, this planet's name is now Athe it was named that because it is earth rearranged and missing some. -Gods No Gods have died since Athe was created, they seem to be immortal and heal from wounds incredibly quick. All the Gods have different powers based on where they were located when the ray hit them, if they were around lots of stone they can manipulate stone, if they were around lots of water they can manipulate water, etc. Demigods- Gods have had many children with human and fellow Gods, all of these have powers like their parent that was a God but they don't heal nearly as fast, can't live forever(they do live twice as long as humans) and can be killed. Demigods don't have as much control over the power. Demigods can be born from two different Gods, if this happens the demigod has the same healing ability of a normal demigod, but they are able to manipulate both of the powers of their parents, these are called Branches. If a demigod and a human or another demigod have a child the child would be a normal human, if a God and a demigod have a child it would be a less powerful version of a Branch. -Rays No Rays have been seen since that time 5000 years ago and no one knows what caused the first one. -Politics The Gods rule the world, most of them have taken a place at the head of a country, most of them are tyrants, some rule in better ways and some of them have just started hiding among the human population not revealing their power. You can get creative with what powers different Gods have, lets hope this doesn't die instantly! 1

Power: Regular demideity with light and fire powers. Looks: Silvery blue eyes getting lighter toward the outside, very dark brown hair that she keeps in two braids or ponytails. Pointed nose, bright cheeks, thin and long face. Very fair skin, thin eyebrows, ears pierced with little sun earrings. She likes to wear light/bright colors like yellow or pastels, but she's trying to hide(either way) so she often wears dark colors. She usually wears a dark t-shirt with dark kaprees, black and white tennis shoes, jacket tied around her waist and a black beanie. She's about 19 with wisdom beyond her years and about 5'8" or 5'9". Also, Glissando wears a black knit beanie. Glissando trudged through the marketplace, head down. She had often found that the best way to not attract attention was to move at the same pace as the rest of the crowd and to always move in a crowd. She glanced around, earrings winking in the sunlight, and spotted a market booth that looked interesting. She altered her course slightly so that she would move to the booth.
