"The gold trophy is worth twice as much as the silvers, which in turn are worth twice as much as the bronze. The gold trophy will only spawn after at least three of the silver trophies have been found. You may only claim one trophy, after which your team's participation in the match will conclude. You may pass up a trophy if you wish to attempt for a better one. But be careful! After the gold trophy has been claimed, the arena will enter 'sudden death' mode, increasing the difficulty by a significant margin."

I already have a team that's just the team leader and an army of identical mechanical soldiers that he spends all his winnings growing and improving. And Rekaerb.  If he wasn't already on your team, I'd probably do something exactly like that with him.
