Depends on the mod. There some mods I respect, Like Chaos, and those I slightly fear like how you would be afraid of a teacher or boss you like. Other mods that I'm not afraid I have... other emotions toward. So yes, technically I'm scared of the mods.

Yeah Chaos is definitely intimidating. Argent's chill and he comments on my art sometimes. Ene is super nice even if I was terrified of her at first

I don't know for certain, but my theory is that they are Brandon's personal friends that give honest advice that he appreciates. But again, I don't know.

That does not seem like a good system, friends aren't always the best for critiquing ones work, and all writers have beta readers, so I doubt that system would work for everyone.
