He'd seen shows where characters addressed the audience (usually ones aimed at younger demographics) but never one that addressed people directly by name.

So, in a nutshell, you wanna mess with time just to save one squid because you couldn't save him the first time, and you wanna connect to another rp(?) of sorts with other characters to try and save this squid dude, even though there is a quest that people need to go on for p l o t and whatnot; which, in turn, has you create a butterfly ripple in time where when you save the squid, you might change what your future will be; and by doing so, will change the outcome of what you want to do because you want to save a squid, although some writers logic clearly says that once someone is dead, that's it unless you want to be a weirdo and cliché and want to go back in time to save them, even though that has proven to be weird and confusing and ends up losing what fandom you had; and because you want to do this, you want Q to come along.
