I've been reading Brandon Sanderson's books for a few years but only after delving into the Arcanum Unbound story collection did I realize how hooked I was. In the past 6 months I've read both Mistborn series, Elantris, Skyward, re-read the Stormlight Archive, and I just started Warbreaker. My favorite part about his books is the depth with which he writes his characters. Kaladin's struggle in the Way of Kings and onward made a huge impact on me. As far as Twinborns go, definitely a Crasher like Wax, I've always been partial to flying abilities and the weight storage is extremely useful as well.
