I mean, I've eaten Escargo (snail), Mett (raw ground pork), and whole lemons. None of which I'd particularly recommend. Mett is so so bad.

False. Mett is delicious. As is Escargo, and whole lemons. I also eat onions like apples and they are delicious. Eating raw onions also keeps mosquitos off of you if you live in a wooded area.
