Mira snorted. She had been considering joining the red team — it was always better to be on the same side as the person with the sword — but she had a suspicion that breaking the rules would be frowned upon. But still, only 15MM? She could make that in three hours. 

“You know,” she began, sliding towards the blue team leader. “15MM isn’t much, if you think about it. Why don’t you make it fairer and split the 1000MM between the whole team? I’ll consider joining if you do.”

"That's just a base amount that's absolutely garenteed. I plan on giving people more than that but I can only promise 15 unless you plan to have a important role in the strategy, in which case I'll make it 20-25." She moved closer to the woman. "Though, if you have any abilities the other team doesn't know about, I can pay you even more."

“How much more are we talking?” Mira folded her arms and leaned back, surveying the gathered crowd. “I hear sword-lady’s offering 50MM to every member on her team. And she seems pretty confident she’s going to win. It wouldn’t hurt to have someone like me on your side.”

Mira cast one more sidelong glance to the red team, then turned back to the blue team leader. “All right, deal.”

It wouldn’t hurt to play for fun. She could relax for once, and could probably earn enough through finding Secrets, anyway.
