Goblin made stuff is not indestructible. Wasn't the Hufflepuff Cup and all of those also goblin made?

More or less. Here's my theories:

McGonagal is a direct descendant from Godric Gryffindor; or she is Gryffindor, reborn into a new body.

It is possible to bring back the dead; it's just kinda hard. This works into a larger, more complicated theory of mine.

The Sword is, I think it says that about armor and stuff. I bet something indestructible like that would resist being Horcruxified though

Apparently, the Cup was a creation of Hufflepuff. SO, the only one which could be golin-made was the Locket.

This series is like Doctor Who. Meaning it's way more enjoyable if you try not to focus too much on the coherence (or lack of coherence). It comes with its perks, all kind of wild theories are perfectly valid and presumably correct until Rowling disproves them, and it allows for a lot of freedom if you want to make a role campaign.
