Wow.

Raw is a bit too strong for me (I'd love to, but my mouth would kill me) but onions are good. I can eat wild onions raw, I just have to respect the bulb and not try to eat it all at once.

The red ones are best raw compared to white onions because they are sweeter. And I don't think that I'd actually take a bite of a raw onion because I like eating onions layer by layer.

I like onions, but too much raw onion is weird.

I’m not a huge fan of pickled cucumbers. I like picked vegetables that haven’t fermented properly. Pickled cabbage is always fun.
