Only to events by the local orchestra, though it's been a few years since I last went to one.

It's cold, have some hot chocolate, how was your day?

Quite nice, finished the Shadow Rising. BOOM.

Get some sleep if you have work, what's your country?

Dad sneeze, been training all my life. Now I just need a good pun repertoire and I'll be prepared.

You see a couple pairs of earphones at the same price. One is of better quality than the other but the worst one is in your favorite color and the best one in the color you dislike the most. Which one do you get?

Posted

The ugly color. I've destroyed too many earphones to know you should never use the cheap ones. Weird colors are always a vibe anyways.

What're the top 3 games you like?

Posted

The national anthem of The Capitalist Republic of Greenia (#42), the fictitious country my group was for a game we played in Social Studies class.

How many chickens would it take to destabilize world politics and cause at least one war?

Posted

One, if [redacted b/c politics] threw it at [redacted b/c politics] during a conference.

Use your imagination.

How many sanderfans would it take to change a lightbulb?

Posted

Three. The first two will notice the bulb and start a discussion about which magic system they would use to provide light now. It will take a third sharder then to enter the room who doesn't want to interrupt the first two, and as they're not part of the discussion, they're the first to notice the actual need to replace the light bulb, lest it render them unable to read at night.

If you could teleport anywhere in the world (without having to worry about the appearing inside a wall thing), where would you go first?

Posted

I would teleport to the place you can see the sun directly overhead so almost nothing casts a shadow.

Do you have a made-up character in your head with a running plot?

Posted

The main character has a definitely realistic depression thing and occasionally breaks the fourth wall.

Do you think breaking the fourth wall is an effective story telling technique?

Posted

It honestly depends on the story. If it's classic fantasy, no, but it works well in mystery novels.

What is your least favourite books genre?

Posted

My taste in books is…ahh…severely limited to the sci/fi fantasy genre. I don’t think I have much right to proclaim a least favorite, however a genre I doubt I will have interest in is the “romance, drama, and cliches” genre.

Do you like the smell of new books?

Posted

YES! I have never actually seen one - but I will go to my motherland one day and listen to their adorable buzzing and chirps. (that, and bumblebees)

First person, second person, or third person?

Posted

Szeth enjoys writing in third person, though you could argue that second person is also fun.

Do you play SE? (If not, you should)

Posted

Possibly. If such a thing exists, Telrao would be extremely interested.

Should we use present tense, past tense, or common sense while in roleplays?

Posted

Anything but common sense, I don't think common sense and RPs mix well.

Do you wear bright, cheerful colours or more subdued colours?

Posted

Subdued, though ideally I'd like to learn the secret behind wearing dark colors with small bits of bright ones.

Blue or red?

Posted (edited)

Depends on the shade. This red wins over this blue, but this blue wins over this red.
