You also get two

The one you actually get and the combat pan you smuggled in

Yeah

This is what I'm saying

Why are you objecting to me getting two if you also get two

Because I should have two

You should have one

You're gaming the system

The combat pan was my p(l)an first

Also, I'm bi

Which means I get two

You only get one weapon for each orientation

You are solely bi so you're only meant to have the shield

I'm bi and ace so I get the shield and the cards

Mm

So if pansexual wield combat pans do us aces wield combat cards
Like ace poker cards for battle
Like Gambit

Ace means you have a bunch of uno reverses

+ clubs, shovels, seductivity, and money

we are powerful

I just had to do something awful to one of my characters. 😭

@Ookla the Terror, don't look at this, you'll find out on Tuesday

I had to kill her to finish her character growth and I'm so sad about it. This was the message to my DM's. They knew what was coming, but their reactions were so touching.

Have this note given to the players by a confused dragon:
My dearest companions,
By the time you read this, I will be gone.
You may try to find me to say farewell I will wait for only one day at the top of the waterfall nearby, but I will probably be gone already. The journey I am embarking on now has only one possible destination, and it is a journey I must make alone. The choices I have made, and the path I am on, have led me to this inevitable conclusion.
I have come to peace with this. My only regret is the silence of this departure.
Thank you for the time we shared. It was brighter than I deserved. Live well, and remember the good moments.
Farewell,
Hummingbird

If they decide to pursue her, have these random things scratched upon trees along the way:

I’m just a useless dragon

Nobody actually wants me

I should leave.

Nobody needs me

If they continue further, they will find her dead fallen off of the top of the waterfall, seemingly thrown herself there. If it would be alright with you, I would like to write this scene for her as a little bit of poetic justice for her.

As the party reaches the top of the waterfall, their boots sinking into the soft, dew-kissed grass nearby, they spot delicate prints. These are the tracks of a Rainwing, leading with purposeful urgency towards the very lip of the chasm, where they abruptly cease.
Casting their gaze over the sheer drop, the sight below steals the breath from their lungs. The crystalline pool at the bottom is no longer clear; it's tainted by a single, vibrant streak of crimson that swirls in the turbulent water, dripping down the mossy rock face like a final tear.
The roar of the rushing water seems to fade into a hollow silence as you approach the shore of the pool. A small form is half-submerged, resting gently where the water slows.
It is Hummingbird. A small amber earing that she always wore, for fear of the spirits, lies cracked on the ground.
The scales that once shimmered with life are now frozen in a final, serene hue of pale, cloudless blue. There are no obvious signs of a struggle. Her expression is one of profound relief, a quiet stillness amidst the chaos of the waterfall.
Clutched tightly in her right talon, a small, perfectly dry piece of bark is held fast. The message is brief and articulate:
________________________________
To those I leave behind,
I wanted to leave this for you all. The path ahead is uncertain, and I know I must face it alone. There are things I need to understand about myself, things I can only discover by walking this road by myself. Do not worry for me. I am strong, and I will find my way.
Farewell, for now,
Hummingbird
