So tell us your story of how you convinced your friends, relatives and significant others to take a dive into the cosmere.

It involved a whiteboard, an thirty minute long explanation of how the books were linked (with multiple diagrams about why Shards and Vessels were different) and why each book has a powerful message. To be fair, I was on coffee at the time, and sleep deprivation does things to one's inhibition.

I’ve read books to my mom ever since her reading was too slow for Smol Ene, and I just started reading his books along the way.

In short one of my oldest friends saw me rereading final empire. Asked me what it was wordlessly handed it to him sent him on his way. Shortly thereafter he became one of us.

I lent Mistborn to a friend, but she warned me that she wouldn't have much time to read it, as she was very busy. She came by the next day to ask for the second one.
