Indeed

Fadran began applauding the soldiers, giving them an excuse to cheer. He leaned in towards Martin and whispered, "cheering is really good motivator."

I'm sure they'd do it again.

"We give them a day or so to rest and then start all over again." Fadran looked around. "We'll have the soldiers who didn't help work the building process work out the intererior for now; have a day-on, day-off schedule for everyone."

"So.  Is there anything we should do before starting another building project?"

"Like I said, today we let the men rest. Tomorrow we let the others work up the interior, and then the day after we get today's group to build the next building."

"Right.  Will there be paint involved?  Because if there is, I think Craven and... Leo would enjoy that."  Kids like painting, right?

There's only two kids in camp, right?

I'd say four including Camelia and Tvora, but that's just from the POV of my characters

"Most likely?" Fadran shrugged. "I'm not one to say."

Craven would like painting, though I don’t think he’s done it before.

Camelia does not like painting.

Also, I feel like Camelia doesn't really have any current problems, so I'm adding a problem that I feel will make her a bit more interesting.

Camelia had been trying to make more aluminum weapons, but had run into a huge problem. Panicking, she reached into her bag, pulled out a pair of gloves, and slipped them on with shaking hands.

Camelia was becoming a soulcasting savant, and had a few small patches of skin that were made out of aluminum. She was terrified. What do I do?! I... I can't tell anyone. I don't want anyone to be worried. I... I've got to pretend everything is fine. Yeah. I can do that, right? She walked back to find the other people as calmly and nonchalantly as she could.

They should be able to notice something is wrong as soon as she walks into the camp. She'll act too casual, and like she's hiding something/guilty of something. She's a really bad actor.

Tvora comes up to Camelia. "What's wrong?"

Tvora is totally a kid and would love painting. You should not let her anywhere near the paint.

Camelia let out a nervous laugh. "Wrong? Why would you think anything was wrong?" She had a fake smile plastered on her face.

"How many things did you blow up?" Ayia crossed her arms and frowned. "You look way too happy."

Still smiling her fake smile, Camelia looked at Avia. "I didn't blow anything up. I soulcasted a bunch of weapons into aluminum though."

"Nah. There's nothing wrong." She said with feigned nonchalance.

Tvora stops pushing the issue and fades a bit.
