I hold the hug for a moment longer before gently, gingerly, and reluctantly I release Fox from my embrace and straighten up as all of the soreness returns in full. I turn partially toward Ember. "Ember, can you help me to this med-bay that T mentioned?" I turn back toward T. "Lead the way." I hold out my hand to Fox. "We have much to discuss." The tears have slowed, but not gone. Circestran releases Fox as well, but she does not move from her side. She places a reassuring hand on her shoulder. Her left eye is still damp with tears. @Mist
