Good question. I just realized. Unless it's his own Identity, he likely cannot tap it, and it would likely be impossible to make Identity-free Identity.

Here, have a medallion with Aluminum Allomancy and Feruchemy. That way, you can Compound Identity, so you only need to weaken your Identity slightly, and only once.
