What is your Favorite Word?

My favorite word is "Thagomizer" which is the word for the spikes on the end of a stegosaurus tail and it comes from a Far Side gag (look it up). The Far Side is the best comic strip ever.

I love the word "uncharacteristically" ... dunno, it's kind of a monstrous word since it's just so long, the type of word I'd imagine somebody learning English for the first time would hate, but it's just so wonderful!
