Actually, a higher SA/V ratio causes someone to be colder and more cold-blooded, as you loose/absorb heat based on surface area and make it based on volume. Hence why babies are so sensitive to cold temperatures.

Short people are referenced in word "shortcake", an official name for a type of cake. Since when do you hear about "tallcake"?
