suggestions: autumnal (as the fall is the season considered the opposite of the season of blooming flowers, Spring), fruity (relating to fruits rather than flowers... can fruits be considered opposite of flowers?), unpatterned (as in contrast to a floral pattern, though not how the word was used here, but then again this is the synonym game), withered (opposite of floral if it is taken in the sense of blooming or flowering)

Snagging 

Flowers grow into fruits, so I don’t think that would work? Withered or dead sounds right.
