Aging in Speed Bubbles

So I have looked everywhere for an answer to this question. I have seen that Marasi could use a Cadmium bubble to slow time and make herself age slower so that she could live a lot longer than an actual lifespan. Since this is the case, why isn't Wayne actually a lot older, since time is being slowed around him?

I don't think he's spent enough time in a speed bubble to be visibly affected. Time does pass normally for the people inside the bubbles, so Wayne is a little older than he should be from an outside viewpoint. But he only burns a few minutes at a time, maybe a few times a month, so it's not going to add substantially to his age.

Agreed with the rest, and to add to that, he was significantly younger than Wax when they met and and even then his age was somewhat approximate.  It might be a while before the effects would accumulate to become noticeable.  Especially given that it turns out we do all age at different rates

Not to mention bendalloy burns really fast. You would need a massive amount, think the atium stash at the end of HoA, for the aging effects to become noticeable.
