I just can't come up with names. I'm good with improv and lots of creativity, but if yu ask me for a name, I'll prob say bob like 9 times out f 10. The only reason I like thinking about fantasy is because I can get away with names like literally CHAOS. or Pande.

I know it’s not the same thing. That’s part of what’s worrying me.

I'm not a therapist xD My PM's are always open if you need someone to listen, but I can't magically fix things
(Though that's not what a therapist is for either. They don't fix problems, but they help you understand the root causes of your problems that you may not know, so you can address them)

googling names that sounds like an existing character's name
random latin words
deep wikipedia research on ancient roman naming conventions
slowly expanding names 
sticking letters together

Take a word reverse it, add letters, take away letters un reverse it, find that nothing sounds good, look up names instead
