I have been avoiding this stuff because I know a few of you guys do know each other IRL, but even so some of this is pushing the boundaries of what's acceptable on the site. Please try to be respectful to other Sharders. Even if you have a personal relationship where you don't take this stuff from each other seriously, if someone else who didn't know that read this comment then they may think it's acceptable behavior.

This isn't intended to try to publicly dress anyone down or anything like that, but there have been a few comments from some people that have been starting to cross the line recently and I just want to highlight that simply because you know someone IRL, that's not an excuse for insulting them.
